It wasn't me!

So I did. The walk from here to Bill's room, however, was very hesitant and took an awful while. Before long, we found ourselves sitting on the bed.

"Stand up." Bill instructed us. "Both of you." And we both stood up. My legs started shaking slightly, and I'm pretty sure Stella's did, too. Bill then walked into his closet, grabbed one of his belts (which was covered in what I hope is not blood...) and held it with both hands.

"And you're accusing me of all of this? How cute. You probably could've gotten away with it should you have been a better-bred child. Maybe then I wouldn't have put those cameras up, and I would trust you much more."

I upsettingly reacted with, "Look, I didn't mean to cause any harm, I just—"

"Silence!" Bill replied harshly with. "Why are you still lying to me?! Not only did you break my trust, but you put all of our lives in danger! How could you?! I know for sure I taught you better than this..."

I stayed silent the whole time. Bill then slowly walked towards me threateningly with his belt and slapped me with it across my behind and yelled, "Answer me!"

"I'm not lying to you!" I said, crying almost.

"Yes, you are! There's no point in defending yourself. You just got caught red-handed, and you're still trying to lie your way out of this situation?!"

"I'm just stating everything I know. Just please don't..."

"Quiet! I love you a lot, son. But I did not have your mom give birth to you just for you to treat me—or anyone, for that matter—like this."

"I've been a very big help t—"

"Stop talking! Let's cut the small talk and get straight to the point. What are the 4 things necessary for survival?"

At first, I thought it was a trick question, but I was determined to prove at least something to Bill, so I said, "Food, water, shelter and air, right?"

"Yes, and that's all you're getting from now on."

"What?!"

"Yep. I don't know what else to do with you."

"I can't live on my own!"

"Well, there's plenty of food in the fridge, we have tons of spare water bottles in the food bag we bought, you should know what we got for shelter, and hopefully we get out of here before oxygen expires."

"Are you serious?! After all I do for you, for the family, for my girlfriend, for my own friends?!"

"And that's another reason you're on your own."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I mean, you are constantly spitting lies out of your mouth. You just don't give up, huh?! You're so desperate for attention that you'll break just about every rule I make to get what you want! You ungrateful brat! You expect me to do favors for you after you caused a panic in the cabin? ! Are you getting enough oxygen when you go to sleep?!"

"Okay... even if it was our fault, we still didn't cause the murderous John incident or have all those bratty teens sitting in the living room."

"Well, I'm sure nobody else would've! Nobody wants this but y'all two. So, I'm gonna ask one more time... why do you keep lying to us?!"

    I stuttered a bit.

Bill continued,  "Okay, if you don't want to answer me, fine! I'm don't with you. I'm done with your tone, your attitude, and all the bad decisions you keep making. I mean, once I let you have a phone, I thought you were gonna start taking more initiative and be more responsible for your actions. I'm done with it all! I'm going to sleep... I'm exhausted from last night..."

    "I'll say..." Stella replied unexpectedly.

Bill slowly turned his head towards her, walked up slowly to her, and said menacingly, "What did you just say to me...?"

"If you're so smart to the extent that you know that we put those children in the cabin on purpose, and by extension cause all of the other anomalies in the cabin, why don't you prove it?"

Bill slapped her across her behind with his belt as well, screaming at her to never to say that to him again. After that, he yelled at us to get out of his room, and that he will punish us later.

I couldn't believe what he just said and did to us. I mean, is beating your child's girlfriend with your belt even legal? To be honest, I'm glad he's not taking care of me anymore; I've had enough, too. Suddenly, I felt free from a burden I feel like I've been bound to for way too long...

Meanwhile, Stella left his room feeling pretty defeated. Both of us didn't know what else to do. We told the guys what happened, and they were quite upset. I decided it wasn't a good idea spying on Dad anymore, and everyone else agreed.

The time was now 11 AM, and everyone was hungry for lunch. However, Bill told me to make lunch on my own, so I had to. Unfortunately for me, I've never cooked before, and neither did the others, so I had to figure out how to make lunch for everyone (including Bill, which I was not happy about) Long story short, I didn't put in the sauce onions, and the boiling water for the noodles and the spaghetti tasted very bland, and the meatballs were probably the only good tasting thing. Still, everyone ate their food, and I personally thought I did pretty well without any help or guide.

After we ate lunch, we headed back to our room and lied down, discussing why all of this is happening in the first place. Brandon accused me and Stella first because we were the ones who bought in the children. I yelled at him, stating that none of us knew. Brandon backed up slightly at this. Stella got defensive and said that I was the one who suggested we take this whole cabin trip in the first place.

Which was... correct. I did suggest we take this trip, but... I didn't know all of this would happen! I got angry and put the guys at fault because they cut off communication with me, so I wanted to do something nice in order to make up for the lost time. Before long, we were all at each other's throats, and Marleigh probably got nervous around us, so she told us she would leave the room until we all calmed down.
