Bill felt sore everywhere as he opened his eye, trying to gain focus on his surroundings. The blinding light above didn't help.
The medical staff member leaned forward, watching him closely as he woke and recovered from the surgery. They gave a slight smile as they watched his eye dart around the room. "Rest easy, Mr. Cipher. It's all over now."
"What is? What did you do?" He tried looking around, but his vision just refused to come back.
The medical staff member watched him as he tried to look around the room, but couldn't seem to focus his vision. They gave a small huff and placed a hand on his shoulder, gently pushing him back down onto the table. "Settle down. You're vision's still groggy. You will likely regain it within a few moments, so please rest."
"No.. Tell me what you did..!" Bill started trying to slip out of the restraints. The medical staff member firmly pushed him back down into the table, attempting to stop him from getting out of the restraints. "Bill. Please calm down. We need to wait for you to recover from the surgery and for the drugs to leave your system before we give you the rundown of what happened. You're not in the right condition to be told yet."
Bill tried a bit more before he gave up. "... Fine."The medical staff member watched him, giving a small sigh as they saw him stop struggling so much and relax. They let go of his shoulder and went back to leaning against the wall, watching him carefully as he laid there. "Good. If you stay still and let the drugs leave your system, you will soon be able to speak clearly and focus your vision. For now, just focus on relaxing."
"Right..."The medical staff member stayed by the wall for several minutes, watching as he laid there. They soon saw his body become more relaxed, and his breathing become more steady. "Right. How do you feel now, is your vision coming back? Are you feeling less groggy?"
Bill looked up at them. "Yeah.."
The medical staff member was satisfied with his response, giving a small nod. They took a few steps closer, before speaking in a calm, collected voice. "Good. That means you should be able to listen to what I say, and be able to think clearly to understand. Is that correct?"
Bill's eyebrow furrowed. "Yes.." He slightly tugged at the restraints, a bit uncomfortable.
"Are the restraints uncomfortable? Do you want them loosened or removed for now?"
"Removed, yeah..."The medical staff member thought it over for a moment, before they gave a small nod. They walked over to the table, and one by one, loosened the straps so he could move his limbs a bit more without completely removing them. They then stepped back. "Better?"
Bill sat up, stretching a bit. "Thanks." He said before quickly moving his hands to their neck, strangling them.
The medical staff member was taken completely by surprise as his hands suddenly shot to their neck, their eyes widening and body freezing. They let out a gasp and grabbed at his hands, trying to pull them away from their neck.No mercy. Bill shoved them to the ground before going on top of them, pinning their arms down with his knees while slamming his fists into their face. "YOU TOOK THEM! YOU TOOK THEM FROM ME! I TOLD YOU NO!"
The medical staff member's eyes widened more at his words, before they became filled with fear and panic as Bill grabbed them and slammed them down to the ground. They struggled more against his grip and the blows to their face, but were unable to break loose because of his weight on top of them. "Please-! Stop! Stop-!"
Bill then stood up before pressing a foot onto the side of their face. "You people don't get mercy for what you did. Now where are the rest?!"The medical staff member's eyes widened even more at his question, their face contorting in fear and pain as they felt his foot being pressed onto their face. Despite this, they let out a shaky response. "The... other staff... are down the hallway... please.. don't hurt us..."
"'Don't hurt you?'" Bill laughed. "I won't hurt you! Oh no, it'll be much worse." He said before kicking them aside and floating out of the room.
The medical staff member let out a cry as they were suddenly kicked aside and left on the floor, their body shaking from fear and pain. They took a few shaky breaths, trying to recover from his assault.
