Rina stormed into the teacher's headquarters, the door slamming behind her with a force that reverberated through the room. Her chest heaved with frustration, and her fists were clenched tightly at her sides, knuckles white from the pressure. She was done. Done with the arrogance, the childish antics, and most of all, done with him.

Nanami looked up from his desk, his calm demeanor a sharp contrast to the whirlwind of anger that had just entered the room. He raised an eyebrow but said nothing, knowing better than to interrupt when Rina was in this kind of mood.

She paced back and forth in front of him, her long brown hair swinging with each turn, her movements sharp and tense. Her green eyes burned with barely contained fury as she tried to gather her thoughts, her mind replaying the events of the previous night over and over again like a broken record.

"How could he let that curse get away?" she finally burst out, her voice laced with frustration and disbelief. "We had Jogo right there. Right there, Nanami. And he let him go! All because he decided it was a good time to argue with me—again." She threw her hands up in exasperation, her eyes flickering with annoyance as she recalled how the fight had spiraled into an absurd back-and-forth between her and Satoru. "In the middle of the fight, no less. Like the situation wasn't already bad enough."

Nanami sighed, leaning back in his chair as he observed her with a steady gaze. He'd seen Rina upset before, but this was different. There was a weight to her words that went beyond the failed mission. It was personal, tied to years of unresolved tension and bitterness that had festered beneath the surface for too long. "Satoru has always had his own way of handling things," he said, his voice even and calm. "But letting Jogo escape—that's not like him."

Rina shot him a withering look, her frustration boiling over. "Not like him? This is him, Nanami. He thinks everything is a joke. He thinks nothing can touch him because he's 'the strongest.'" She spat the last words bitterly, her anger crackling in the air around her. "He's arrogant, careless, and I'm done pretending like I can stand being around him."

Her pacing stopped abruptly, and she turned to face Nanami, her shoulders squared and her expression set with determination. "I want to quit," she said flatly, her voice devoid of emotion, like she'd already made up her mind. "I don't need to be here. Let the higher-ups figure out what Satoru is up to. I'm not wasting my time with him anymore."
