After the whole dinner fiasco everyone had said goodnight and left, the only one's left was Paul and miles. As they both sit in complete silence on the balcony that's connected to Paul's studio, miles turns to look at Paul who's lost in thought. " Ye Know.." pauses as he gives Paul time to come out of his own head. " I may not know me uncle Mike but I can tell he really does luv ye." Sighing Paul looks down at his hands as he Starts playing with his fingers. " Maybe so but that's not enough right now Miles, I feel betrayed... me own brother kept me in the dark... how can I trust em after that?" Paul exclaims. " Take it from me who's felt betrayed before... by his own " father" as well. I could be cursing his name and damning em to hell but the way I see it is forgive... don't necessarily means act like nothing happened and have the relationship ye had before  but at least be civil with each other because at the end they will take that guilty with them."

Chuckling in amusement Paul shakes his head with a smile. " Ye never cease to amaze me Miles... ye know I started writing a song for ye... not quite finished yet." " Really? Can I hear what ye have so far?" " I haven't gotten far on it." " It's ok I don't mind."

Paul can't help at feeling a sense of joy at Seeing Miles excited like that. It reminds him of a child at a candy store who's just been told yes on getting a lolli. Nodding Paul gets up from his spot and goes back inside to get his guitar, pen, and lyric sheet. As he comes back he gives miles the lyric sheet to read, as he tunes his guitar miles is reading through the lyrics. Smiling with every sentence miles feels a sense of awe.  " Would ye do the honors?"

Looking up in shock Miles nervously shakes his head. He can't start the song... no he can't, despite Paul being his parent he's still was a big influence in his music career and he just can't fathom singing to Paul and messing up or his voice cracking from nervousness. Parent or not he's still is the great sir Paul McCartney.

"Miles... ye can it's just me.. I'm not a Beatle here... I'm not Paul McCartney... I'm Paul ye're mother who wants to see his son do what he loves to do more than anything in the world... ok." Leans forward to take Miles hand and gives em an encouraging squeeze, just like miles had done earlier during dinner time.

Gulping miles looks at theirs hands and takes a deep breath nodding he gives Paul a sign to continue to play.

"Are Ye ready, I'll join in ok?" Asks Paul. As Miles nods in response Paul begins to play the guitar. Clearing his throat Miles begins to sing:

without a goodbye, you left from here
Life separated us, it mocked me
    I lost again
Now, once again I'm left alone
They tore us apart
I don't know what to do now that I lost you.

Paul takes the next versus.

I can't lose you, you are part of me
And even if it doesn't seem like it

I'm always here

You know it wellI will never leave you alone

You know that, for me, you are everything

Now my life is just for you, yeah-yeah-

Watching Miles sing Paul  can't help feel a certain pride as his son closes his eyes and starts bopping to his guitar playing, taking in the lyrics. As the song progressed Miles began tapping his knee, creating a drum beat that goes in sync with Paul's strumming  but as Paul was about to end the song, miles suddenly continues to sing his own lyrics:
