— Jia's POV —
I woke up in my new dorm, glancing to my left to see Minji asleep. I took out my phone and decided to call my mom since she was probably awake at the time in the UK. She answered right away.
"Good morning darling! How is the place? Any friends yet?"
I smiled. "Yeah. My roommate is amazing. Her name is Kim Minji. I'll introduce her to you one day. Or when she's awake. Cause now she's asleep. And the place is pretty nice but not as nice as Dad's mansion." I sassed.
Mom chuckled. "Of course it isn't. But it's better than our current home, right?"
"Uhhh . . . I guess?"
"Anyways, I wanted to tell you something-"
Then my alarm rang. "Oh, sorry Mom, I gotta get ready. I don't want to be late! Is what you need to tell me important?" I asked, getting up and fixing my bed.
"No, it's okay. Have a good day honey! Be polite and friendly! And listen well." She reminded.
"Yes Mom, I will," I said, smiling.
Then I quickly took out the school uniform and took a shower, contemplating if I should wake Minji up. But to my surprise, when I got out, she was air-blowing her hair.
"Oh! You're awake." I said. Minji turned around from her dresser.
"Yeah, I usually wake up at this time. But there's still an hour left until class, since today, class starts and 9:30. It's currently 8:10 a.m., so we have some time. I'll help you review your class schedule. Did you get it yet? I hope it's the same as mine!"
"Oh yeah! I'll check my inbox." A minute later, I looked up from my phone screen. "Well, today I have Biography, then Chemistry, Japanese, Algebra, Geography-"
"O.M.G. I have those too! Then?"
"Oh, umm. Art, Music, History, and Korean."
"Awh. Everything is the same, except for the Korean. I don't have Korean classes, instead I have English." Minji said, pouting. "Right! You'll be with Riki there. And Yunjin."
I nodded. "How long have you been in this school?" I asked curiously.
"Well, about five years ago?" She answered, shrugging. "But anyways, let's go if you're ready." She said, quickly changing the subject. I thought that was pretty weird, but I didn't question it.

Author's POV
Three hours later . . .
It's currently lunchtime, and Minji and Jia are finding somewhere to eat.
"Jia! Over here!" Jia looked behind her as she spotted a friendly-looking guy waving from a cafe entrance. Hmm, how did he know my name? Jia thought.
Minji answered her question. "Oh! Jia, that's my twin brother. Sunoo, remember? Let's sit with him and his friends."
Jia just nodded as they headed to the cafe, taking their seats. There was a kitten-ish-looking guy who was deeply focused on some homework, across a cool-looking guy chewing on gum. Jia recognized them as Jungwon, the popular guy, from a few of her classes, and Riki, the boy who bumped into her.
"Sun, call a waiter to take our orders," Minji ordered, scanning the menu. Jia took a seat next to Jungwon, in front of Riki. Minji was next to her, Sunoo in front of Jungwon.
"Hey guys, this is the new student, Jia! She's really smart! Have you guys met before?" The boy cheerfully asked. Jungwon looked up hesitantly.
"Yeah. She kept getting lost." He said.
