: Jia. I heard some news from your brother.... Seems like my threats seem empty to you. Huh? Disgusting girl.

: Well, this time I am prepared, prepared for you to suffer, how you deserve to.

: I'm outside, darling.

I woke up with a start, my head pounding and my ears ringing. I gasped, looking around. Where was I?

I got up, wincing at the stiffness of my bones. A . . . basement? Did I sleep walk into a random basement? My clothes are rumpled too . . .

I heard footsteps above me. I looked up, a bit scared. "Is anyone here!?" I yelled, as I noticed no doors or windows in the basement. How did I get here in the first place?

I watched as the light went off. I shrieked.

"What the hell!?"

Now I was actually scared. I whimpered in fear.

Suddenly, there was banging on the wall. I heard multiple yells. What in the world is going on?

I backed up on a wall as my head started spinning like crazy. Assumptions filled my head. Did I get drugged? Did I get kidnapped? Both? Or even worse, did I get . . . yeahhhh I don't want to think of it. I let out a cry of despair as the walls seemed to close up on me.

"No, no, this can't be." I whispered to myself.

The wall broke open, dust filling the room as I shut my eyes. Two figures entered, frantic to find me. "Jia!"

I cried getting up unsteadily until I felt a sharp tug from behind.

"Jia . . . my darling." I heard a deep menacing voice. I turned, scared as Father towered over me. "You will not escape this time."

I held in my cries as I froze. Suddenly, I heard two gunshots. The next thing I knew, Jungwon and Sunoo lying on the ground in pain. They had tried to save me, but instead I imperiled them!

I choked on a sob. "H-how can you be so heartless!? You're a heartless monster!"

"As if I care, darling."

Then all over again, I was at the edge of the ground, but my voice was trapped in my throat, I couldn't make a sound as Father smirked wickedly at me. I held on tight on the gravel, hoping to say goodbye to my mother, but with no avail.

"Goodbye, Park Jia."

Then he kicked my hands away. I fell helplessly, down the cliff.
