Two years later...

They were graduated, Minji managed to save up some money and work on her first project. And show it to a company that her favorite teacher reached out to for her. For somehow reason, he had some connections that were in need of an idea, and he believed Minji would give them the perfect project.

And as you guessed it, the company accepted it and Minji got herself an amazing deal to direct in some part of the construction and mostly for her to in the future work with them again. First project was a success and she'll use some of the money to continue studying in construction so that she could one day build her own company.

But first, Minji had something planned for Hanni. And Hanni had something planned for Minji as well. She's proud of her and she just can't believe that Minji is already so successful.

"Are you ready?" Minji knocked on the bathroom door and Hanni almost dropped the velvet box she had in hand. Gosh, how do men keep it together? Hanni was practically shaking, yes, she's going to ask Minji to marry her.

"Don't rush me!" Hanni said and Minji chuckled. "You've been in there for the past two hours. If you want me to help you, I can." Minji offered and Hanni looked at herself in the mirror. The dress looked so beautiful, Minji had picked out the dress and gosh. Minji knew her taste so well. But her makeup wasn't even done as she keeps panicking.

Where will she put the box? Minji can't see it!

After finding a random spot in the bathroom and hiding it there. She went to open the door, taking a deep breath before opening it. Minji looked at her a bit concerned as she leaned on the door frame. Looking so fine with that dress shirt on.

"Looks like I do have to help you, just letting you know. I have a shaky hand for this." Minji said walking into the bathroom. Squeezing Hanni's side as she went over to where Hanni kept her makeup, taking out what she was going to use.

Hanni nervously held herself at the counter of the sink. She is very much capable of busting her own cover. How was she even supposed to bring it up! She had no idea where Minji was taking her. Every time she thinks that the next date can't top the last date, Minji proves her wrong.

"You're acting strange, love." Minji pointed out and Hanni looked at her panicked. They're not even out the house and Hanni is about to cry not knowing how to keep her shit together.

Minji gestured her over and Hanni with stumbling steps went over to Minji. The taller could only look at Hanni worriedly. "Are the hells too high? I can go pick another pair for you?" Minji said and Hanni quickly shook her head. Minji was making her even more nervous.

"No!—I mean, no, it's okay. I'm just excited to where you're going to take me." Hanni said, not necessarily lying and Minji smiled. "You're going to love it." Minji said, brushing her nose against Hanni's. The shorter girl took a deep breath, trying to control herself.

As Minji was helping her with the makeup, Hanni could only stare at Minji. Still wondering why she ever ran away from Minji. She almost missed all of this for being stupid. But thank you Danielle for also knocking some sense into her. (Who is pregnant which means that Danielle owes her a puppy.)

After Minji was done, Hanni almost forgot the ring as Minji started to rush them both out the house. Hanni for a split second clutched the box on her chest. She was truly nervous, if you couldn't tell.

On the drive there, Hanni kept fidgeting with her purse where the ring was in. Scared that any bad movement and the purse will fall, causing for the box to fly out. Which realistically wouldn't happen that exaggeratedly but give Hanni some slack.

Hanni furrowed her eyebrows once Minji parked outside of a closed restaurant. She turned to look at Minji who only gave her a soft smile, gesturing for Hanni to step out the car. Which she did, still fully confused.

Once Hanni was out, Minji got out too. Flashing Hanni that same old charming smile that had Hanni blushing as if she was still in high school and Minji was just her crush at the time.

Minji reached into her pockets and pulled out a set of keys. "What is this?" Hanni asked and that's when the lights of the restaurant turned on, and Hanni let out a gasp as she looked at the giant letters at the top of the restaurant.

'Belle Bistro' The name of the restaurant Hanni dreamt of one day having back in high school. "I know you worked hard to become a nurse. But I always remembered your main dream, and now that I could make it come true, that's exactly what I did." Minji said handing over the keys to Hanni. Who took them with shaky hands.

Hanni at this point had tears in her eyes as she looked at Minji. And maybe, the time had just came naturally and Hanni was stressing for no reason at all. Hanni knew that Minji would be the one for the rest of her life, and maybe even in every other life.

Minji reached into her pocket, taking a deep breath. Preparing the speech she had rehearsed for the last few days. She couldn't mess this up, if she did, she'd let Hanni burry her alive.

Hanni reached into her purse, repeating the simple four words that she had to say, before the giant speech she had planned to give Minji. Basically saying all the reasons why she loves her and why she wants to marry her and be the only love of her life.

They both shut their eyes as they turned to each other, bending down on one knee and opening the boxes in their hands, taking the same breath before speaking. "Will you marry me?" They both opened their eyes widely.

Minji's jaw was on the ground as Hanni looked at Minji with full on shock. "Hey! I was supposed to ask you!" Was the first thing Minji said, and here comes the bickering. "Well, you were taking a bit too long and I found myself wanting to." Hanni said and Minji frowned.

"I'm the one that was going to put a ring on that finger, not the other way around!" Minji complained and Hanni had to hold back the smile that was threatening to slip. Minji was truly the cutest bear alive.

After a couple seconds of silence, they both started to laugh. Hanni looked at Minji so adoringly. "Will you answer my question?" Hanni teased and Minji raised a brow. "I said it first so you have to answer me." Hanni married her eyes at Minji. "I'm pretty sure I started first." Hanni said and Minji shook her head.

They probably looked like dummy's still kneeling on one knee with the boxes wide open showing beautiful rings. Hanni's was covered with diamonds, Minji's ring had Hanni's name on the inside.

After some time, Hanni gave up and just launched herself on Minji. "Yes! I'll marry you." Hanni squealed and Minji was crying at this point. Gosh, Hanni truly made her so happy. And even happier now that she was truly going to become her wife.

They pulled away from one another, with shaky hands grabbing the hand of the other as they took the rings and aligned them to each other's ring finger. Hanni was smiling so brightly and Minji was looking at her with so much love.

And with silence, their eyes saying everything they didn't in that moment, they pushed the ring and it was the perfect fit.

They were the perfect fit.
