Once everyone was in costume, they all headed to a spot where they could all meet up. And there, they met up with Gracie, Elexa, and Shane. And Gracie was in her koopa form, while Elexa was in her zombie form.
"Wow, you guys look awesome!" Mikey said. "Those are some sick costumes."
"Uh. . . these aren't costumes." Elexa said. "This is actually us."
"But your turtle costumes are cool, though." Gracie said.
"Yeah, um. . . these aren't costumes, either." Donnie said.
The turtles and the other two hybrids just looked at each other as they took in what was happening in front of them at that moment.
"Yeah. . . this is getting off to a great start." Mars said with a nervous laugh.
"So, what's the plan?" Shane asked. "Are we gonna go and get some candy?"
"Can porcupines even eat candy?" Raph asked.
"I'm a hedgehog." Shane said.
"Same difference." Raph said.
"Ooh, April. . . you're looking 'purr-fect' tonight." Gracie said with a smirk. "You 'feline catsy' or what?"
"Please, stop." April said.
"Sorry." Gracie said.
"Let's go and get some free candy!" Makayla said, excitedly.
"Yeah!" Mars said, excited as well.
With that, the group all went from house to house and got loads of different treats. After some time, they began to head into the next neighborhood.
"Wow, this is actually quite fun." Raph said. "I'm actually enjoying myself for once."
"Mommy, look! It's Shrek!" A little boy said as he pointed at Raph.
"Yeah, that's nice, dear." The mother said, moving her son along. "Let's just go get some more candy. Your mother needs more Milky Ways."
"And just like that, it's ruined." Raph sighed.
Mars giggled a bit from the small interaction.
"I thought it was adorable." April said.
"Don't be letting your future kids call me that." Raph said, a bit angrily.
"Yeah, sure." Jake said. "If we even let them meet you guys."
"Ooh, a zombie girl!" A teenage boy said, looking over At Elexa. "I haven't seen that before."
"She's pretty cute, if you ask me." Another teenage boy said.
Elexa blushed and smiled a bit from hearing those remarks as she twirled her hair around with her finger.
"Ah, what a time to be a freak, right guys?" Gracie asked.
"Well, it's something." Leo said.
"Yeah, imagine there's a Mario costume out there." Mikey said. "I'd love to see that interaction."
"Look, there it is." Makayla said, pointing ahead. "The next neighborhood! Let's go!"
"Nora, slow down." Douxie said, rushing to catch up to her.
The rest of them then managed to catch up to Makayla and found themselves in the new neighborhood.
"I heard this place gives out full sized candy bars." April said. "I wonder if that's true."
"I don't see why people would say that and have it not be true." Jake said. "That would be quite a cruel rumor to spread. Especially for kids who'd believe it without a second guess."
