The team was now split and they went their separate ways. Team Leo went into the basement, Team Donnie went into the kitchen, Team Raph walked around upstairs, and Team Mikey went up into the attic.

"A least we've got it easy." Casey said. "Usually nothing bad happens to the group on the first floor."

"Well, don't jinx it now." Callie said.

"Yeah, were dead for sure." Gracie said.

"Can you guys focus?" Donnie said, sternly. "We're trying to find an escape."

"Sorry, Donnie." Casey said. "But do we really expect to find an exit in the kitchen?"

"Well, it's important to look around." Donnie said. "You never know where an opportunity might show up."

"I mean, we're down here already." Callie said. "Why don't we focus on getting the front door open?"

"It's locked or something." Casey said. "There's nothing we can-"

"Casey, go try to get the front door working." Donnie said. "We'll remain here and see if we can find a key or something."

"Why me?" Casey complained.

"Cause I don'tike you that much." Donnie said. "Now, go."

"Ugh. . . fine." Casey said, as he headed towards the front door.

"That wasn't very nice." Callie said.

"Well, what else am I supposed to do?" Donnie asked. "I'm doing my best to find something to help us here."

"I'm just saying we all need to work together." Callie said. "We can't just throw someone into a dangerous situation that we know nothing about."

Donnie just sighed. "You're right." He said. "Hey, Casey. Come back!"

Donnie then went to get Casey. But when he got to the front door, Casey wasn't there.

"Casey?" Donnie said. "Where the heck did you go?"

"These bedrooms are filthy." Douxie said, with a disgusted look on his face. "You'd think they'd at least try to keep this old house tidy."

"When no one's living in it?" Raph asked. "Yeah, right. I doubt the city officials could possibly be bothered to clean an old abandoned house."

"It almost makes me sick." Douxie said.

"Careful, bro. Your neat freak is showing." Makayla said with a sly smirk.

"Hey, don't blame me." Douxie said. "There's dust everywhere, okay? I can't help it."

"Poor wizard boy can't leave his maid duties behind, can he?" Raph said with a smirk.

Makayla let out a soft chuckle at the joke Raph made.

"Eh, screw off." Douxie said.

"What are looking for anyway?" Raph asked. "A key? A map? Buried treasure?"

"We need any possible way for us to escape." Makayla said. "The windows are boarded up, so. . . maybe loo for something to break through? Like an axe or something."

"Got it." Raph said, cracking his knuckles. "Let's get out of this place."

"Woah. . . this place has an attic?!" Mikey said in shock, but a hint of amazement. "That's so cool!"

"And creepy." Shane said.
