The sun hung low in the sky, casting long shadows across the campus as Wooyoung and San squared off in their latest bout of verbal sparring. The chemistry building loomed ahead, but for them, it was merely the backdrop to their ongoing competition.

"Honestly, do you ever get tired of being so obnoxious?" Wooyoung shot at San, hands on his hips, his feisty attitude in full swing.

San scoffed, his eyes narrowing. "Only when you stop being a walking advertisement for cuteness overload. You're like a kitten that thinks it can roar."

"Cute? You think I'm cute?" Wooyoung feigned surprise, a smirk dancing on his lips. "Wow, I didn't realize I had you so smitten!"

"Keep dreaming, cat-boy," San shot back, crossing his arms defiantly. "I'd rather be a wolf than a pathetic little kitten."

Their bickering echoed through the courtyard, drawing the attention of passersby who were used to their daily skirmishes. Amidst their quarrel, Mingi and Yunho found themselves standing nearby, waiting for the chaos to subside before making their entrance.

Yunho's eyes widened as he caught sight of Mingi for the first time, a look of awe washing over his face. "Wow," he breathed. "Is he real? He looks like he was made by God himself."

Mingi, equally transfixed, glanced over at Yunho, his heart racing. "Are you seeing this?" he asked, trying to keep his voice steady. "I think I've just found the perfect specimen. He's stunning!"

They stood, momentarily lost in their own world, completely oblivious to the chaos unfolding just a few feet away.

"Too bad you're more like a rabid squirrel than a wolf," Wooyoung continued, his eyes flashing with mischief. "I mean, seriously, who lets their hair get that messy?"

"Rich coming from you. You look like you can't even do your own hair keeping it that long." San countered, his confidence unwavering. "At least I don't look like I just crawled out of a dumpster."

Mingi and Yunho exchanged incredulous looks, both realizing they had been standing there, entranced, while the world around them erupted into chaos.

"Should we...do something?" Mingi asked, trying to contain his laughter.

Yunho shook his head, grinning widely. "Let them have their fun. This is gold. I gotta record this."

"Right?" Mingi replied, unable to tear his gaze away from Yunho. "But seriously, have you ever seen anyone like them?"

Their admiration quickly shifted back to Wooyoung and San as the verbal battle intensified.

"Face it, you're just mad that I'm better at everything," Wooyoung taunted, his grin widening. "Maybe if you studied a little harder, you wouldn't have to spend all your time pretending to be cool."

"Pretending? I'm as cool as it gets, unlike you, who's just a cute little distraction," San shot back, the tension crackling between them like static electricity.

Mingi nudged Yunho, whispering, "Should we interrupt? They're about to take this to a new level of ridiculousness."

"Should we stop them?" Mingi asked, trying to contain his laughter.

"Let's wait a bit longer. This is hilarious!" Yunho replied, his eyes sparkling with mischief.

Just then, Wooyoung and San caught sight of Mingi and Yunho, standing there like deer caught in headlights, and both felt an explosion of annoyance.

"Hey! What are you two just standing there for?" Wooyoung yelled, throwing his hands up in frustration. "Are you watching our masterpiece of a fight or something?"

San's glare was just as fierce. "Seriously! You're not even going to be ashamed of the fact y'all were recording? This isn't some spectator sport!"

Yunho and Mingi quickly snapped out of their daze, both raising their hands in mock surrender. "Sorry! We were just...uh, observing," Yunho stammered, his charm momentarily faltering under the heated gazes.

"Observing? You're just gawking like a couple of idiots!" Wooyoung shot back, crossing his arms.

"Yeah! We don't need your added audience," San added, pointing an accusatory finger at them. "Get involved or get lost!"

Mingi chuckled nervously, trying to defuse the situation. "Sorry! We didn't mean to interrupt your...ahem...intense conversation."

"Intense conversation? More like an exhausting duel!" Wooyoung said, rolling his eyes dramatically.

San nodded, still glaring. "And now you're just standing there, making it worse. What, did you think this was a show for your entertainment?"

Yunho finally broke into a wide grin, unable to hold back his laughter. "Honestly, we didn't know it was so dramatic. You guys should charge admission!"

Wooyoung and San exchanged incredulous looks, their anger quickly dissolving into reluctant amusement.

"Fine, but if you're going to stay, at least contribute something to the chaos," Wooyoung grumbled, finally relenting.

"Yeah, don't just stand there looking pretty!" San added, his annoyance fading as he crossed his arms, the corners of his mouth twitching upward.

As the four of them began to walk toward the café, the air around them shifted, the playful tension between Wooyoung and San mingling with the budding chemistry between Mingi and Yunho. Little did they know, this strange mix of personalities would lead to unexpected bonds and rivalries that would unfold in the days to come.
