3 months laterTaylor's POV
Today, I'm officially six months pregnant and my belly has really popped. Travis is always talking to the baby and I find it so adorable. He's always telling stories about things that have happened throughout the time Travis and I have been together.
About a month ago, we found out we are having a girl and I don't think anyone was more excited than Travis. He's already spoiled our little girl so much and she hasn't even been born yet. We already have her nursery set up and I'm almost positive we may need to buy another dresser because Travis won't stop buying her cute outfits.
Joe was sentenced to 2 years in prison for breaking and entering and assault. I was really hoping the whole thing would stay out of the media, but unfortunately Joe's lawyer couldn't keep his mouth shut and every media outlet was covering it. It was frustrating, but Travis helped calm me down and Tree got right on it, managing to get everything shut down.
A few days after the night of the break in, Kylie, Jason, Brittany, Patrick, Ross, and a few others arrived with a couple moving trucks with the furniture, keepsakes, and items Travis couldn't get rid of. He wanted to run everything by me to make sure I was okay with the stuff he wanted to keep and I told him he didn't need to run it by me, but he said he wanted to at least be respectful since the house is under my name.
My mom and dad flew in for a few days last month and it was really nice to see them. The first evening they were here, while I was making dinner, Travis took the initiative to sit in the living room with my parents and apologize to them. I told Travis he didn't need to and that they've moved past it like I have, but he wanted to. He knows how close I am with my parents and that I tell them everything. He formally apologized and told them everything he's done to help better himself and make sure I'm happy. I'm gonna admit I teared up a little listening to everything he was saying. I love this man so much.
Everything has been perfect. Travis has been so attentive and our relationship has grown and he's fully gained back my trust in him. Our baby girl is healthy and we've been able to have a lot of peace and quiet since moving to Banff. No paps, no fans who have no respect for my privacy, no crazy stalkers trying to break in, and no drama. Yes, the world now knows Travis and I mainly reside in Canada, but everyone has been respectful so far. We still do have heightened security just incase, but nothing has been a huge concern for us.
Life was good, until it wasn't.
I'm awaken out of my sleep when I hear a phone going off. Slowly maneuvering myself out of Travis' arms, I reach over to my nightstand to grab my phone to see who's texting me, but it wasn't mine. That's odd. Peaking over to Travis' nightstand, I notice it's his phone. Careful of my baby bump, I reach over to grab Travis' phone to check who it is incase it's something important, but it's not. My heart drops when I read the texts that are coming in.
Unknown: Travis
Unknown: I don't care if you're asleep with your raggedy girlfriend
Unknown: Baby answer me
Unknown: This is important
Unknown: Travis I will literally come to Canada and find out where you live so we can talk
Unknown: But just know that if your slut of a baby mama answers the door, I will shove her out of the way. I don't like her.
I can feel my breathing start to pick up and tears fill my eyes. Travis and I made so much progress and now it's going down the drain. He found someone better. As carefully as I can, I pick up my phone and take a picture of the texts because, well, receipts are important. I set his phone down on the bed and quietly get up, not wanting to wake him. After putting on some yoga pants and a sweatshirt, I grab my phone and head downstairs. It's been getting more difficult to do things lately as I'm six months pregnant which absolutely sucks. After stuffing my feet into some shoes, I quietly open the back door and head outside. After shutting it, I walk as fast as I can over to Tree's house which is about a quarter of a mile away. Tears are running down my cheeks and I'm trying to keep my breathing under control. I really don't want to stress myself out to the point where I have the baby early.
