"Asami, please, I would never lie to you..." Kuroo pleaded, desperation evident in his voice.

"It's really hard to believe. I'm sorry," she replied, her expression torn.

"Asami, I do love you, and I can't love anyone as much as I love you."

"I'm leaving Japan."

"What..." Kuroo's heart sank at her words.

"And cut!" the director called, breaking the tension on set.

Kuroo released the actress's hand with a smile. She chuckled softly, moving her hair out of her face. "They really went all out with the rain this time, huh?"

"You can't have a confession scene without rain," Kuroo replied, laughing a little as he walked off-set

"Wonderful performance, Honey," Kenma said sarcastically as he appeared nearby, his expression teasing.

Kuroo looked at him, confusion etched on his face. "Why are you here?"

"Just visiting my boyfriend, of course," Kenma replied, his tone dripping with irony.

The crew around them paused, some exchanging puzzled glances, while others looked shocked at the sudden revelation.

"What?" Kuroo exclaimed, grabbing Kenma's arm and dragging him toward his dressing room, the door slamming shut behind them.

"What are you talking about?" Kuroo asked, exasperated.

"I've agreed to the dating thing," Kenma replied with a nonchalant shrug.

"Why?" Kuroo was genuinely perplexed.

"Because I love dating around," Kenma said with a smirk, but Kuroo could sense the hint of annoyance beneath his words.

Kuroo furrowed his brows. "You're joking, right?"

Kenma rolled his eyes. "No, I'm serious. My boss practically forced me into it."

"Why didn't you try to stop him?" Kuroo asked, his frustration growing.

"He said it's only for a month, and I just have to be seen with you at least once a week. It can't be that bad," Kenma explained, leaning back against the makeup table, arms crossed.

Kuroo sighed, running a hand through his hair. "This is so ridiculous. I didn't sign up for this kind of drama."

Kenma smirked, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Well, now you're stuck with me. Besides, think of the publicity. We'll be the talk of the town!"

Kuroo shot him a glare. "This isn't funny, Kenma."

"It's not supposed to be," Kenma replied, his tone suddenly serious. "But we can turn this around. Just act like it's real,"

Kuroo hesitated the weight of the situation settling on his shoulders. "Fine, but if this goes south, I'm blaming you."

Kenma chuckled, the tension easing just a bit. "Deal. Just don't fall in love with me?"

Kuroo rolled his eyes, a reluctant smile creeping onto his face. "Right. Like that's going to happen."

"So, are you done for the day?" Kenma asked, glancing at all the makeup and hair equipment.

"Just one more scene," Kuroo replied, rubbing the back of his neck, "and then yeah, we're wrapping up."

Kenma nodded, crossing his arms. "I'll wait then."

Kuroo raised an eyebrow. "Wait? What do you mean?"

Kenma smirked. "Honey, can you drop me off at home?"

Kuroo sighed, already regretting the fake relationship. "Can you not call me 'honey'?"

"Just playing the part," Kenma said, his tone teasing.

Kuroo rolled his eyes. "Where's your car?"

"I was too lazy to drive, so I took an Uber."

"Then get another one," Kuroo replied, already reaching for his phone.

Kenma gave him a flat look. "Didn't bring enough money."

Kuroo raised his brows. "Should I just pay for one, then?"

Kenma tilted his head, feigning innocence. "How desperately do you not want me to go with you?"

Kuroo let out a long sigh, rubbing his temples. "Fine, I'll take you," he muttered, knowing this was only the beginning of the chaos.

Kenma grinned, pleased with himself. "Knew you'd come around."

As Kenma and Kuroo left the changing room, they returned to the set where a few crew members were chatting quietly, casting curious glances in their direction.

"You can sit here," Kuroo pointed to a couch near the coffee table, his voice flat.

"Right, have fun." Kenma plopped down, pulling out his phone without a care.

Kuroo sighed, rubbing the back of his neck before heading back to the director.

"Ready for the next scene?" the director asked, glancing up from his script.

"Yeah, sorry about the delay," Kuroo apologized, moving toward the set beside his co-star.

"Congrats," the actress next to him said casually.

"Sorry?" Kuroo blinked, caught off guard.

"Congrats on the relationship. I just saw the announcement." She gave him a smile.

Kuroo's heart skipped. "What announcement?"

"The one the company posted. You and Kodzuken. It's all over social media," she said, pulling out her phone to show him.

"They already announced it?" His mind raced, trying to comprehend the news. 'They moved this fast without even telling me?'

"Shouldn't you be happy that you don't have to hide it anymore?" she teased lightly, not noticing his tense expression.

Kuroo forced a smile. "Of course, thrilled" But his stomach twisted with unease.

Before he could dwell on it, the director called for attention. "Alright, everyone, let's get into position!"

Kuroo took a deep breath, pushing the anxiety aside as he prepared for the scene. The lights dimmed, and the crew scrambled into position. As the cameras started rolling, he cast a quick glance at Kenma, who lounged on the couch, utterly unfazed by everything.

'How does he stay so calm?' Kuroo wondered, forcing himself to focus.

After the scene wrapped, the director called, "Cut!" Kuroo wasted no time heading back to Kenma, who was still glued to his phone.

"Well, looks like they made it official," Kuroo muttered, slumping onto the couch next to him.

Kenma didn't even look up. "Yeah, I saw. You mad?"

Kuroo sighed deeply. "Not mad... just wasn't expecting it to drop this soon. No warning."

Kenma shrugged, still scrolling. "It's out there now. Guess we're 'official' for the world to see." His tone was as indifferent as ever.

Kuroo let out a dry laugh. "Yeah, officially fake."

Finally, Kenma looked up, a glint of amusement in his eyes. "You better get used to it, honey."

Kuroo groaned, leaning his head back against the couch. "Please stop calling me that."

Kenma smirked. "No promises. It suits you."

Kuroo glanced at him, exasperated but unable to hide a small smile. This was going to be a long month.
