With one final hug from Hobi hyung, it's just me and Minseo now. The moment the door clicks shut, a wave of warmth and relief washes over me. Finally, just the two of us.
She stands there, her eyes roaming around my room, taking in the chaos of scattered photos and posters. A tired yet soft smile graces her face. "It's cozy in here," she says, her voice almost a whisper.
"Just like me," I quip, flashing her a playful grin. "Cozy and cute." I pull her into another hug, holding her tight, wanting to feel the comfort of her presence. She feels so good in my arms, so right.
"You really love hugging, don't you?" she giggles, muffled against my shoulder.
"Can you blame me?" I chuckle, pulling back to look into her eyes. "You're too cute not to hug." Leaning down, I place a quick peck on her forehead, and then I can't resist pulling her back into my chest again. I've waited too long for this. I'm not letting go.
"Jungkook..." she whispers, but I hear the relief in her voice. "I missed this."
"Me too," I confess, a grin creeping across my face. "Like, a lot." I take a deep breath, cupping her face with my hands, tilting her chin up so she's looking right at me. "You make everything better."
The moment hangs between us, heavy with emotions. I lean in, brushing my lips against hers softly, my heart racing at the sweet taste of her. I pull back just enough to see her face, and my smile widens as I notice her cheeks flush. "See? I'm a great kisser too."
She chuckles, shaking her head, but her eyes sparkle with happiness. "You're just full of surprises tonight, aren't you?"
I shrug, feigning innocence. "What can I say? I'm just feeling the vibe. And honestly, I'm not ready for this night to end." I wrap her in my arms again, feeling her warmth over me. "Let's make some memories tonight that'll last us until I get back."
Her eyes widen, curiosity brimming, "What do you have in mind?"
I take her hands, pulling her closer to the couch. "Let's make a pillow fort!" I say, grinning like a child. "We can watch movies, eat snacks, and just be silly."
She bursts into laughter, and for a moment, the weight of the world fades away. "A pillow fort? Seriously? How old are we?"
"Old enough to know that pillow forts are timeless!" I declare dramatically, grabbing a few cushions and throwing them onto the floor. "Now help me build this masterpiece!"
Together, we pile pillows and blankets, laughing and teasing each other as we create our little hideaway. I feel so alive, so in the moment. When it's finally done, I collapse onto the makeshift floor, and Minseo plops down beside me, her laughter echoing in the cozy space.
"This is so dumb," she giggles.
"Dumb? No way! It's amazing!" I defend, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pulling her close. "Now, what should we watch?"
"Something cheesy," she suggests, nudging me playfully. "Like a rom-com?"
I raise an eyebrow, "A rom-com? With you? You're trying to make me all emotional!"
She laughs, her smile brightening the room. "You know you love it."
As we settle in, I can't help but steal glances at her, my heart swelling with love. She looks so relaxed, and I feel a sense of peace wash over me. I wrap her in my arms, feeling the warmth of her body against mine. This is what I've wanted. Just her and me, lost in our own world.
Eventually, we start talking, sharing stories and secrets as we cuddle under the blankets. I can't stop kissing her cheek, her forehead, just enjoying the closeness of her. Every kiss feels electric, every touch igniting something deep within. I've waited so long for this.
As the night wears on, I feel the heat building between us again, igniting something even deeper. Minseo looks at me, her eyes darkening with desire. This is it. I lean in closer, capturing her lips with mine again, this kiss deepening, more passionate than before.
Her hands find their way to my hair, fingers tangling in it as she kisses me back, soft and warm. I can't help but pull her closer, feeling her body against mine, the heat between us rising. I'm lost in the taste of her lips, the sweetness of the moment, and all I can think about is how right this feels.
Time seems to stand still as we melt into each other, the world around us fading away. I kiss her softly, savoring every second, every brush of our lips. This is everything I've ever wanted.
As we break apart, both breathless and flushed, Minseo looks up at me with wide eyes, a mixture of excitement and nervousness dancing in her gaze. "Jungkook, the enlistment..."
I can see the uncertainty in her eyes, but I reach for her hand, intertwining our fingers. "Hey, let's just enjoy this, okay? We have tonight. Let's not think about tomorrow. Just us, right here, right now."
She nods, and I can see the tension easing from her shoulders. We spend the rest of the night wrapped up in each other, laughter echoing through the fort as we steal kisses and share whispered secrets.
