", the rest of our fleet, they wait at the beach and if we're defeated, they're as good as dead. Straight ahead, that is who we're fighting." Odysseus stood tall, proudly drawing out his sword.
"No backup, no chance for support so draw out your swords. Our foe must be thwarted right here and now, show me, how great is your will to survive?" He yelled towards his crew; who all cheered and drew their swords and weapons.
He ordered his men to surround the one-eyed beast and they obliged within seconds. "Strike his heels!" he called out. His men rushed forward, swords in hand and stabbed at the cyclops' heels. It moved to attack them but its movements were slow and sluggish; no doubt the lotus taking effect.
"Enough!" It cried before pulling a club out of its ass and striking down the closest man. For a horrible and long moment, Odysseus thought it was Polites. Even worse was when he realised it wasn't and felt relieved; despite the fact that a man had died before his eyes.
"Cap..tain.." the dying man called out in his final breath before his eyes glazed over. Panic spread like a wildfire throughout the men. Screams echoed throughout the cave, the blood of dying men splattering against the walls.
"What are our orders?" One man calls out before the cyclops turns its attention onto him. "Captain!" is his dying scream as the club comes crashing down on him, splattering his blood across the floor.
"Die! Die!" The cyclops yelled while sluggishly swinging its wooden club around. "D..ie.." it said before crashing down into the ground, body blocking the exit.
A/N- We decided to publish all of the clyclops sage in two just beacuse we can so in a few hour or so you'll be getting chapter 7 and 8. Sorry this chapter is kinda bad neither of us are good at writing voiolence so it was a bit of a struggle.
