Lan and Moiraine, their faces etched with concern, carried Elara's limp form into the bustling city. As they navigated through the crowded streets, the paths of destiny converged, and familiar faces collided in an unexpected reunion. Mat, Rand, Egwene, Perrin, Nynaeve, and Elayne all ran into each other. The joy of the unexpected encounter was overshadowed by the fragile state of Elara.
Mat saw them from a distance and exclaimed, "Light! What happened to her?"
Rand, with a grim expression, said, "Ishamael is dead. Elara... she paid a heavy price to ensure it."
Lan asks, " What do you know of it?"
Egwene, her eyes wide with concern, added, "We've all seen her in our dreams. She guided us."
Nynaeve, her brow furrowed with worry, said, "We should take her to the White Tower. She needs Healing."
Elayne broke through the crowd, her gaze fixed on Elara with a sense of nostalgia. She approached Lan, who cradled Elara.
"Its been such a long time, she looks so different" Elayne murmured.
She reached out to Elara, attempting to weave with the One Power to awaken her. Moiraine, however, intervened, seizing Elayne's hand with a stern expression.
"Stop! You could make her condition worse," Moiraine snapped.
Elayne withdrew, glancing at Moiraine with a mixture of frustration and resentment. The tension between the two was palpable, an undercurrent of disapproval running deep.
Rand, absorbing the scene, spoke toward Moiraine and Lan saying, "I killed Ishamael."
The news hung in the air, a pivotal moment in the struggle against the Shadow. The gathering, however, was interrupted as Lanfear approached the group.
Lanfear looked toward Elara, "You've made quite a mess, haven't you?"
All eyes turned to her, anticipation and wariness mingling. Lanfear, with a mysterious intent, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of amusement and malice, began to unfold the tale of Elara's sacrifice.
"Your precious Elara did something quite unexpected. She went into Ishamael's stronghold, confronted the Forsaken, and in an attempt to free herself from the tether of Tel'aran'rhiod, she... she broke the remaining seals."
Gasps and whispers filled the air. The significance of this act weighed heavily on each person present. Lanfear continued, relishing the reactions of the gathered company.
Rand is confused saying, "Isn't that a good thing?"
Lanfear sighs and says, "No. She didn't destroy the Forsaken; she broke their seals. All of them. Released them. Set them free."
The gravity of Elara's actions sank in, and a palpable tension filled the air. Rand's eyes widened in shock, while Mat and Perrin exchanged uneasy glances. Egwene, Nynaeve, and Elayne shared a silent understanding of the magnitude of Elara's sacrifice.
Lan's voice held a mixture of concern and disbelief. "What? Why would she do that?"
Moiraine looked up at Lanfear with a steely gaze."Explain yourself, Lanfear. What game are you playing at?"
Lanfear held a stern gaze to Moiraine saying."This is not a game."
Rand, his face a mask of conflicting emotions, stepped forward, "So, we're facing all of the Forsaken now?"
Lanfear nodded, her eyes never leaving Rand's. "Yes, all of them. Elara's sacrifice has set the stage for the ultimate confrontation between the forces of Light and Shadow."
