While the rest of the school buzzed with anticipation for the first task of the Triwizard Tournament, Lilith Voldemort was far from the festivities. The Hogwarts grounds, filled with eager students, roared with excitement as champions prepared for their battle against dragons. But Lilith had no interest in witnessing such a spectacle. She had been called elsewhere—drawn back into the world of shadows and power that had always been her destiny.

Beneath the cloak of darkness, Lilith made her way to an undisclosed location deep within the Forbidden Forest. The familiar cold air of the forest clung to her skin, though it brought no discomfort. She had become accustomed to the chill long ago.

The black silver tiara of thorns sat atop her head, glinting faintly in the moonlight that pierced through the treetops. Her gown flowed around her like liquid night as she moved through the trees with calculated precision, her footsteps silent and assured. She was not alone—around her, Death Eaters moved in the shadows, cloaked figures that paid her the respect she now commanded.

One of them, a familiar figure, stepped forward. "Lilith," the voice of Lucius Malfoy hissed, though his tone was carefully measured, his earlier arrogance replaced with deference. Despite his power within the ranks of the Death Eaters, Lucius had come to fear the girl who had shattered his nose and stood as the heir to Voldemort’s power.

Lilith looked at him without emotion, her cold eyes reflecting none of the anger she still harbored for Draco’s father. She spoke with authority, her voice low and unwavering. "I assume everything is prepared?"

Lucius gave a small bow, though his eyes flickered with unease. "Yes. We’ve gathered the information you requested. But... the Dark Lord grows restless."

Lilith turned her gaze away from him and towards the meeting place ahead. The other Death Eaters had begun to gather in a circle, waiting for her arrival. She knew the impatience of her father—what little was left of him in his current form—but she didn’t care. She was here on her own terms.

As Lilith approached the group, the figures bowed their heads in her presence. The weight of the name she now carried was not something to be taken lightly. She had embraced the title of Voldemort’s daughter, and with that came both fear and respect.

Standing at the center of the group, a cold smile tugged at Lilith’s lips as she observed them. "Good. You’ve gathered."

A voice spoke from the shadows—a voice she recognized all too well. "Lilith." It was Voldemort, his form still weak but his presence undeniable. His voice echoed in her mind, like a snake’s hiss, but with power that vibrated through her very bones.

"My Lord," she greeted coolly, her gaze shifting to the spectral presence of her father.

"You know why we’ve summoned you," Voldemort continued. "The time draws near. Events are in motion, and your role in them must not falter."

Lilith straightened, unbothered by the weight of his words. "I am ready," she said with cold certainty. "What do you require?"

The shadowy form of Voldemort seemed to pulse with dark energy, though his physical form remained incomplete, his true strength still distant. "There are moves to be made within the Ministry. My loyal followers within will need your assistance. The time has come for us to sow more chaos—beginning with the tournament."

Lilith’s cold smile returned. "It will be done."

Behind her, the Death Eaters murmured in approval. They knew she could carry out whatever mission Voldemort assigned her. She had proven herself time and time again.

As the meeting continued, Lilith stood at the center of it all, commanding attention without lifting a finger. The plans unfolded with quiet deliberation, each piece of the puzzle falling into place. The Triwizard Tournament was nothing more than a distraction—a stage for their greater ambitions. The real game was being played far beyond the walls of Hogwarts.

Once the meeting had ended, Lilith lingered for a moment, her eyes narrowed as she contemplated her next move. She was no longer a mere student at Hogwarts, no longer the girl who had once sought love and friendship. Now, she was a key figure in the coming storm, her father’s right hand in the darkness.

As she began to walk away, Lucius Malfoy approached her again, this time his tone cautious. "Lilith, a word."

She stopped but didn’t turn to face him. "Speak."

Lucius hesitated, clearly choosing his words carefully. "Draco... He doesn’t know about your meetings, does he?"

At the mention of Draco, a brief flicker of emotion crossed Lilith’s face, though it vanished as quickly as it had come. "No," she said coldly. "And it will remain that way."

Lucius nodded, seemingly satisfied, but Lilith could sense his lingering tension. She had no need for Draco’s approval, nor his affection. He was nothing more than a pawn now—a boy who had once thought he could control her but had been sorely mistaken.

As she left the Forbidden Forest and made her way back to Hogwarts, she could hear the distant roar of the crowd, the excitement of the first task reaching its peak. But she felt none of it. Her mind was elsewhere, already calculating the next steps in her father’s grand design.

The Triwizard Tournament was just the beginning.
