Summer's pov:
I heard that emily is alone in the office for a while right now. Apparently, michelle left her to do everything herself because she had an emergency to go to.So whilst emily is alone, I take my chance to go and see what she's up to. Emily and I are actually quite close friends, but when Michelle's around, I'm too afraid to go near emily.
I skip my way into studio A, a smile on my face, clearly showing my good mood. As I turn my head towards the office, I see emily with her head in her hands.
I furrow my brows as I walk over to the office and knock on the door, emily turns her head towards me before quickly turning back.
"Not now, summer. I'm really busy." She tells me.
I let myself into the office, walking in further and leaning over the desk as I look over the mess of paper that's lying out everywhere.
"Emily... what is all of this?" I decide to ask her. Whatever it is is clearly making her stressed, and I can guarantee this mess has something to do with michelle.
She sighs deeply, throwing her pen down onto the desk. "I can't do this." She tells me.
"Emily, what is all this?" I repeat.
"It's all the shit that michelle left for me to do whole she was gone!"
"Aswell as trying to find costumes and run the studio by myself!"
Clearly, she's really stressed, michelle was wrong to leave her do all of this alone, but luckily for emily, I'm going to help her out.
"That's not physically possible, emily." I tell her.
"I'm going to help you out." I pet her know.
She lifts her head from looking at all of the paperwork that's gathered in front of her, "you- you are?" She asks, a look of hope on her face.
As the dance captain, I find it my Jon to help out where I can, I'm not just going to leave her do all of this by herself. I can see how stressed she is just by looking at her.
"Explain to me what some of this is, and before you know it, you're going to love me for helping you." I say.
After quite a while of explaining things to me, emily and I finally get started, and she begins to seem a lot more calm.
But I feel slightly surprised when she strikes up a conversation rather than sit in silence. "Hey, uhm, what happened to your face?" She refers to the huge bruise that's covering my eye.
"Oh, that. Yeah, you're gonna laugh at me for this..."
She seems intrigued waiting for me to answer her question. The answer to it is sort of embarrassing, but she seems like she needs to be cheered up, and I think this could make her laugh a little.
"I uh- I walked into a door." I admit.
She begins to laugh, apologising as she does, "Sorry, sorry." She chuckles.
"But how on earth did that happen?"
She continues to laugh at the fact that I walked into a door, "I actually don't know. I was just walking, and then the door was right there!" I decide to try to cheer her up more.
She giggles, "You are so stupid summer."
"Hey!" I laugh with her.
Before we know it the both of us have finished all of the paperwork that emily was struggling with, and the both of us have also had a good time together.
"Do you mabye want to grab a drink downstairs before we look for costumes?" I suggest.
"I-i don't know about that..." she replies.
"Oh, come on, why not?" I ask.
"Summer if someone sees us together and they take it the wrong way."
"Fine, I'll bring drinks up here then." I try to be persuasive.
I enjoy spending time with emily when there's no one around, she's not as stubborn as she seems to be.
"Fine, I'll take a latte and hurry up." She tells me.
I chuckle at her on my way on of the office.
"I mean, it summer!"
...
After a few minutes, I hurry back upstairs carefully with our drinks, making my way to the office.
When I get there, I see emily still waiting for me, but this time, she seems slightly on edge.
As I walk back into the office, she doesn't acknowledge me as she stares down at her phone.
"What's up?" I ask her.
"Michelle is on her way back..." she says, a worried look on her face.
"Summer, we have to hurry. We have to get you out of here." She clearly begins to panic.
"Hey, hey, hey, calm down. It's okay." I try to reassure her.
I try to use the time Wisley by continuing to make jokes and make her laugh.
But as she begins to laugh at my latest joke, I hear a familiar voice.
"What's going on here?"
