missing dancers

Michelle's pov:
This morning, I've come into rehearsal to find that a few dancers are not here. This is starting to piss me off. People are turning up late, not showing up, and I'm so close to just replacing them.

I can't afford to have a team that isn't committed. We're going to regionals, and we have to win. I don't care what it takes to do it.

As the dancers gather in front of me, I scan over them to find out exactly who is missing. And when I eventually figure it out, I'm quite surprised.

Although the three of them clearly have something against me, I'm surprised that they aren't here.

I furrow my brows as I talk to the rest of the group, "where are jaquie, noah, and richelle?"  I question them.

They all look puzzled, "I haven't seen richelle for a while, actually." Summer, let's me know.

It's not like richelle to just miss rehearsal like this, she would always call and let one of us know if she wasn't going to be here, but this time, that isn't the case.

Not that I care about her whereabouts, I'd just prefer my dancers to show up.

"Jaquie and noah?" I raise an eyebrow, questioning them further.

"I think I saw them in the locker room." Amy tells me.

I sigh deeply before going towards the office to get emily to take over.

"Hey, em, do you mind taking over for a while. I have to go look for some missing dancers." I tell her before not giving her a choice and leaving.

"S-sure." I here her reply quietly as I walk away.

I make my way to the locker room, most certainly unimpressed as I see them through the window in the door.

Seriously?

They're missing rehearsal to stick their tounges down each others throats.

I open the door slowly so that it makes zero sound,  I walk inside without them paying attention.

The anger inside of me is slowly building, and these two are beginning to piss me off.

"So I guess this is more important than rehearsal, huh?" I grab their attention.

The bother of them turn to face me, their faces turning bright red as they chuckle. "Sorry, michelle..." noah replies.

"Rehearsal. Now." I cross my arms, a serious look on my face.

"Oh and jaquie? Do me a favor and find out where the fuck richelle is!" I raise my voice.

If these kids think I'm harsh on them now, it's about to get even worse for them.

I'm not taking them to regionals to lose. I'm taking them to win.

If we don't...?

Well, they'll definitely know about it.
