I just met half of 5 Seconds of Summer!

I quickly made my way out of the trees and to the rest of the park. I thought about whom I had just met and let out an involuntary squeal. I immediately covered my mouth, eyes wide, but it was too late. I heard rustling in the trees and quickly looked around for a place to hide. Unfortunately, the only place close enough was the playground, and it most likely would not hide me very well.

Deciding I was out of options, I dashed to the playground. Just as I got in it, I heard someone say, "Hey you!" Shit. They saw me. I stayed where I was, hoping they would just go away. Luck was not on my side. I heard the leaves crushing under their feet as they came closer.

Suddenly the crunching stopped. I continued to sit as still as possible. I waited for what felt like forever, until finally I couldn't stand it. I risked a peek through the crack behind me, but nobody was there. I let out a sigh of relief and turned back around, only to be greeted by a pair of green eyes.

I screamed.

He screamed.

"WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING?!" He yelled.

"WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING?!" I yelled back.

"I'M SCREAMING BECAUSE YOU'RE SCREAMING!" he yelled.

"WELL I'M SCREAMING BECAUSE YOU SCARED ME!" I yelled back.

"Why are you guys screaming?" Someone asked, causing me and the other one to scream again.

"Oh hey, Calum." The other one said.

Calum?

I looked at the new person. I internally gasped. Calum Hood! I then looked at the other one. I blinked in surprise. Michael Clifford! I almost didn't recognize him without his hair being dyed. I guess the government made him have a normal hair color.

A hand waved in front of my face, snapping me out of my thouhhts. I looked up at Calum, who looked concerned.

"Hey are you okay?" he asked. I simply nodded. "Was that you that squealed before?" He asked again.

"Me? Squeal? Pft. Whaaaat? No..." I lied. He raised an eyebrow. I sighed. "Okay yes that was me but please don't call the cops! I swear I didn't mean to fangirl I just can't help it it's a part of my nature considering I've been a fangirl since I was 10 so it's been 9 years and I can't just let it go because it's been a part of me for so long and-"

"Okay! Just chill! We're not going to turn you in," Calum said. I sighed and just collapsed down to wear I was now lying on my back, staring up at the sky to calm myself down, as Calum and Michael sat next to me, also waiting for me to calm down. "I'm sorry," I said after a moment. They looked taken aback. I shook my head and stood up. I dusted myself off and got off the playground. I looked back and smiled sadly.

"For participating in the Fangirl War."
