Smoker POV

"Captain Smoker, we just sighted the Straw Hats Pirate ship" a marine said, "and we got reports that they attacked the punk hazard ships, all of the scientists and marine were wiped out by the pirates and the slash the government ship and left all of the marines and scientists stranded" Smoker was frowning and facepalming because pirates attack a punk hazard ship, which was authorized by the world government in the east blue

"Well, that's no good at all" Smoker said while looking annoyed

"How come?" Tashigi asked confused "They clearly saw it coming, after all they are idiots"

"Doesn't matter" Smoker said "scientists have permission from the world government to function, what are the current bounty of that pirate crew?"

"There is a bounty for the captain, it used to be 80 million berries, sir" a marine said, Smoker let the marine continue as he was shaking in fear. Wait did he say used? "But with this, It's one hundred and twenty million" 

"We need to go after him!" Smoker said "No matter how much his bounty is, we will capture him, we will not let him pass loguetown"

 few hours later

Luffy POV

"We are almost there" Luffy said "But we need to be fast. after our battle against the scientist, my bounty might've gone up big time and y'all don't have one yet. the marines are probably around the area, so we need to be quick"

"I think there could be some pirates around Loguetown but whatever we can manage to do so" Nami said

"Now then time for me to declare my dream of where Gol D. Roger was executed, Sanji, go get food supplies, Zoro, go buy new sword, Nami go buy what I've asked you and anything else you might need, Ussop go buy bullets, Kaya buy and medical supplies we could need, but for me I'm going to climb that platform" Luffy said

"Alright then" Zoro said

"This will attract the attention of people that could join me or my fleet in the process which will piss off the marines and the World Government"

"There is one particular marine Captain is going to look for you, right?" Sanji said with seriousness "I heard he has a logia type devil fruit"

"Haki can bypass Logia devil fruits, besides we are pirates, and marine will always chase after us" Luffy said

"That's true" Nami agreeing with Luffy "Be careful, Captain"

"I'll be alright" Luffy said "No marine loser captain will catch me" Zoro then jumped ship first, then Nami, Ussop, Sanji, and Specter. Luffy went to disguise himself

Two in a half hours later

Luffy was wearing a hood hiding his face, He felt the presence of the Marine captain around his area, and he tried to be not suspicious. He then saw the annoying marine Captain, Smoker, from a distance and what he heard that Smoker was a logia user. He walked around and saw the execution platform and grinned. Time to make the world shake. He jumped onto the platform and looked at the gathering crowd looking at him

"You!" a police officer said, "get down from there right now!"

"Nope" Luffy said, angering the officer more "why would I want to do that" He pissed off the marines

"That's property of the World Government!" He screeches as Luffy kicked him into the building and then laughed

"Listen all of you!" Luffy scream "I'm going to be the King of the Pirates!!" and then Lightning was summoned right behind him
