During his years, he was a renowned former Commander-In-Chief of the Revolutionary Army

Overtime, Luffy had been famed as 'God's Killer' for his outstanding massacre at Mary Geoise, when he killed over 200 Celestial Dragons, and left survived and stabled. Not even the Holy Knights were able to stop him.

His power and fame grow across the globe, gaining the attentions of the Five-Elders, and the Four Emperors. Having his bounty at $2,050,000,000 during his time as a Revolutionary Army.

The marines were trying to trace Lucifer in order to capture him, but they had no leads on him, figuring he MIA. They've stated that It's unlikely that he was occupying as a criminal in the shadows or being active under a new name.

After Luffy departed from the Revolutionary Army, he then founded a new pirate crew called the 'Straw-Hat Pirates' which later risen in the newspaper and was recognized as threat as their Captain was an eternal threat to the World Government.

Even breaking into multiple government facilities, going against the three-admirals during the war, freeing over hundred prisoners from Impel Down, declaring war against the Government and the Celestial Dragons.

Monkey D. Garp once stated about his grandson.

"According to Nami, we'll be arriving Wano at midnight." Ussop said as he approaches his Captain.

"Got it, thanks." Luffy gratefully said. "With the Levely gathering together and going on. We should be able to enter in Wano smoothly."

"Feel little bit excited!" Luffy answered. "Already thinking about kicking Kaido's ass and free Wano."

"Let's hope Traffy and Kin'emon don't get caught with the Beast Pirates already before we can even get there." Ussop said. "That fight last week was Insane."

"Damn right, feels like my arm is still recovering." Luffy agreed. "However, the battle will get much worse, because Big Mom is plan on allying with Kaido."

"All because of that big stunt that you pulled; influencing her children into creating their pirate crew." Zoro said. "Along with your brother stealing her Road Ponegliff, which led to her resigning her status as an Emperor of the Sea, which your brother took her place."

"Ah, I can barely give a shit. She hated ever since I've been on her territory and beat up all of her children." Luffy said. "Besides, it'll take a thousand tries to take my head, Rahahahahaha!"

"Oi, Luffy. Here you go!" Sanji said as he passed him booze. "I know you like this kind of booze, so I took some that I got from Zou."

"Now, that's what I'm talking about!" Luffy said as he gave him a pat on the back.
