65. MEHENDI & SANGEET

Here begins one of the most important wedding ceremonies.
Every of their relations gathered in the booked open space of the resort, waiting for to be bride and groom.
The decor was simple yet elegant, sparkly with lots of star lights, decorated with dandelions.
The couple was about to make an entry separately.

So first entry was made by Anu who was giggling with her cousins and friends. She had worn the beautiful green coloured lehenga and tuned it with a multi colour dupatta with having a base green.
Her hairstyle was super beautiful with the fish trail braid with 2 loose curls flowing on her face, minimal make up and jewellery.
She stopped in front of her parents.

~ Anu tu kitni pyari lag rahi hai....
Her mom said and applied black kohl behind her ear.

Her father not knowing how to say his feelings in words he just embraced her in a hug with teary eyes and held her close to his heart. Anu understanding his overwhelming emotions, she hugged him tightly.

Then his parents came forward.

~ kitni pyari lag rahi hai sacchi....

She smiled and said "thank you" and touched their feet for blessings.

Her eyes were finding her accurate validator but she couldn't see him anywhere near to her.
By then dadi tapped her shoulders. So she turned around and touched her feet.

Dadi touched her cheeks lovingly and kissed her hand.
~ kisse dhoondh rahi hai Anu darling....

Anu started to see in other directions while biting her lip and replied nervously,
~ vo kisi ko nahi dadi....

~ mujhe pagal nahi bana sakti tu.... Mujhe pata hai apne hone wale gharwale ko dhoondh rahi hai na tu....

She swayed her face in negative.

Dadi patted her cheek and smiled,
~ chal fir mehandi lagva le.... shuru kare function....

She nodded.

~ aa ja beta....

Her mother took her to the special seat which was designed for her mehendi purposes, it was just in front of the stage where the performances about to happen.
She sat there.

~ bhaiya ise mehandi laga dijiye.... Jo isne decide karke aapko already bata di thi vahi lagaiyega acche se....

Kanta left from there.
Whereas Anu was in some other thoughts while looking here and there in hope of a glimpse of her Anuj.

Arey kaha rahe gaye Anuj.... abhi message par toh bol rahe the ki vo bilkul ready hai aur abhi aaye bhi nahi.... itna time toh mujhe bhi sajne sawarne me nahi lagta jitna inhe lagta hai.... aage se bolne do ki mai zyada time lagati hu fir bataungi inhe toh mai.... Ab aa bhi jaiye aur kitni der....

Henna artist was calling her many times but she was in her own thoughts so she didn't listen then he raised his voice a little to get noticed by her,

Then she came out of her thoughts,

She forwarded her hand,
~ sorry.... Ye lijiye....

~ iss hand par mai laga deta hu aur dusre wale par dusre bhaiya laga denge.... isse aapki mehandi jaldi lag jayegi....

She forwarded her other hand,
~ ji theek hai.... Par bhaiya same to same hi lagana jaisa maine aapko design forward kiya tha....
