Leo and Lucas exchanged a look, the gravity of their next mission weighing heavily between them. Without a word, they headed out to confront the suppliers. The intel they had gathered was solid, but they both knew that dealing with these suppliers would be no easy task.
As they got into the vehicle, Leo turned to Lucas. "These guys won't go down quietly. We need to be ready for anything."
Lucas nodded, his expression hardened with determination. "We'll handle it. Let's just get it done."
Meanwhile, back at the base, the CO and the higher-ups moved swiftly. Armed with the information Bella had extracted, they conducted a series of precise arrests. Each soldier involved in the conspiracy was apprehended one by one, their faces a mixture of shock and fear as they were led away in handcuffs.
The base was buzzing with activity as the operation unfolded. The CO, overseeing the arrests, felt a grim sense of satisfaction. These men had betrayed their comrades, and now they were paying the price. He moved from one arrest to the next, ensuring that everything was handled with precision.
As the soldiers were escorted away, the CO glanced back at the mess in the interrogation room, where the key figure had broken down under Bella's interrogation. "This is just the beginning," he muttered to himself, knowing that there was still work to be done with the suppliers.
Out in the field, Leo and Lucas were preparing for a dangerous confrontation. The location of the suppliers was known, but the situation could escalate quickly. They had to stay sharp and act fast to ensure everything went according to plan.
Leo and Lucas arrived at the supplier's hideout, a remote warehouse nestled on the outskirts of town. The tension in the air was palpable as they silently surveyed the building. They had backup waiting a few blocks away, but for now, it was just the two of them. The plan was to get inside quietly and take the suppliers down before they had a chance to escape.
Leo glanced at Lucas, his expression resolute. "We go in fast, no mistakes."
Lucas nodded, adjusting his gear. "Let's end this."
They moved toward the warehouse, the gravel crunching softly beneath their boots. Lucas approached the door, his hand on his gun, while Leo covered him from behind. With a sharp nod from Leo, Lucas kicked the door open, and they rushed inside.
The warehouse was dimly lit, the air heavy with the scent of chemicals and sweat. Inside, they spotted three men-armed and startled. The suppliers, caught off guard, scrambled for their weapons, but Leo and Lucas were faster.
"Drop your weapons!" Leo commanded, his voice echoing in the large space. One of the men hesitated, then foolishly made a move to draw his gun. Without hesitation, Lucas fired a warning shot, grazing the man's arm and forcing him to drop his weapon. The others quickly followed suit, raising their hands in surrender.
As they secured the room, Lucas cuffed the men one by one, while Leo searched the area for any additional evidence. He found crates filled with chemicals and supplies used to manufacture the poison, confirming their suspicions.
"We got them," Leo said, satisfaction in his voice as he called for backup.
As the backup team arrived to secure the scene and take the suppliers into custody, Leo and Lucas stood back, watching the men being led away in handcuffs. It had been a tough operation, but the capture was a success.
Lucas glanced at Leo. "That's one more problem taken care of."
Leo nodded, wiping the sweat from his brow. "Now, we just need to wrap this up and take it back to the base. They're going to want answers."
