Chapter 4

Today's Wednesday 8 in the morning, I did my daily routine then tie my hair in a messy bun and put on my headband and headed downstairs.

Ngayon namin napagusapan ni Jiro na mamili ng gamit for school, he's been spending his time with me as well, bumalik na rin yung kulitan namin. We've been watching movies, animes and dramas for the past few days, minsan naman tumatambay lang siya para inisin ako just like what happened yesterday.

He drew on my sketchpad nang kung ano-ano that we ended up putting color paint on each other's faces, ang ending, naubos lahat ng art materials ko. He promised na papalitan niya and we decided na mamili na rin ng gamit for school, that's what he get for messing up with me.

As I walked towards the dining table, I saw my mom placing plates on the table, a smile plastering on my face, it's not everyday that my parents are here, so whenever I see them on their casual clothes doing domestic chores I can't help myself but be happy.

"Good morning sweetheart." My mom kissed me on my cheeks when she saw me "Good morning Ma." I greeted, offering her a genuine smile "maupo kana, your dad are just checking his emails, pero sasabay yun sa'tin" I nodded and took a seat, bumalik ulit si mom sa kitchen to probably fetch some more dishes na niluto niya. I saw my dad approaching while a big smile was plastered on his face.

"Good morning to my forever baby." He said teasingly, he knows how I badly react when he calls me that, making him chuckle at me "Good morning Dad, please stop calling me that. I'm already 21." He kissed my head before taking his seat. "You're 21, and? As if your age will make me stop babying you." I exasperatedly sigh making him laugh at me.

When my mom came back, dad greeted her as well, and we started to eat, some catching up as well, they asked me how was school and stuff, questions a normal parents would ask to their child.

"Di pa namin naibigay yung gift namin sayo" My dad open up, making me look at them "Oh come on, you two already gave me enough presents po for my past birthdays. You didn't have to get me anything." Dad shook his head and tap my shoulder.

"Pwede ba naman yun? Your 21st should be memorable so we got something na di mo makakalimutan for your next 3 to 4 birthdays."
Mom held my hand while Dad put hid hand on my eyes telling me to close it.

After awhile, I felt something on my hand, as I was trying to figure out what was that thing my Dad remove his hand on my eyes, I looked at them in pure disbelief, it was a car key. My parents just gifted me a car.

"Mom, Dad! Are you two for real? Is this mine? Oh gosh!" I asked making them nod their heads, all smile on their face, I can't help myself but jump around while swinging the keys on my hand, hugging my Dad and Mom showering them kisses.

"That's pretty much yours lovely, take care of it okay?" Dad remind me.

"I will Dad, thank you! Thank you Mom." I hug the keys to my chest while still feeling the butterflies on my tummy. When I turn my heads on the right I can't help but run to the newcomer, it was Jiro who welcome me with his arms open, ready to embrace me.

He chuckle at me slightly tapping my head
"What's going on? You look happy." I pulled myself on his hug and showed him what I was holding, making his lips form an 'o' looking at me in disbelief.

"Cool! Your parents gave you a car? Nice!" My parents laughed at us when we started to jump around.

"Okay, that's enough kids, mamaya sumakit ang tiyan niyo sa kakatalon." Dad stopped us and made us laugh.

After that lovely breakfast, Jiro excuse himself to prepare for our agenda today, while I also took a shower and get ready.

I decided a casual fit, I wore a light pink sweater vest over a white and pink striped long-sleeved shirt. That I paired with a light pink trouser. I also wear my cute pink beret hat, one of Ate Ianah's gift to me. I also styled my hair in a two braided style, I put on my lip serum, and I'm done.
