21st October 2024 : Havenfield
Grady walked up to the couch to relax. It was boring not having Sophie around. They would always be occupied then. He sighed. Edaline came to sit beside him. "What's wrong, honey?"
"It's just, I really miss Sophie."
"So do I" Edaline rested her head on Grady's shoulder and they were like that for a while. Edaline stood up.
"Well, I think it's time to stand up. I'm gonna get my baby out of there! And your coming with me!" She dragged Grady out the door and leaped to Lumenaria.
"I would like to see the Princess, please." Edaline asked the guard, kindly.
"Name?"
"Gr-" Grady started, but he was cut off. "Granite Gunther and Elain Gunther." Edaline replied.
"Please enter."
"What was that for?" Grady whispered. "Lady Gisela knows we'll trigger memories at the highest rate. So, she must've told the guard to keep us out."
"Wow, how did I not think of that?" They continued down their path to the Princess's ballroom.
"Thanks for coming." Sophie called. It was a long line to get to Sophie. That's why, Edaline conjured up a free muffin stand and everyone gathered there. She chuckled "Suckers." Grady had never seen this side of her before. But, both his girls were changing. So, he followed Edaline as she went right up to the front of the non-existent line.
"Hello, Sophie."
"Edaline Ruewen, how nice to see you getting out again."
Edaline looked puzzled. "Honey, don't you remember us. Calla's Pancackes, Iggy, Silveny, Greyfell, Wynn and Luna, mom and dad."
Her expression was blank to all those words. After a good five minutes she whispered "I remember. Mom, dad, Silveny, horse genes, Iggy, toxic farts and burps."
"Yes, yes, yes. Even the last part phenomenally."
Sophie hugged both off them. "I'm so sorry Grady. I should've listened to the prophecy."
"It's ok. Your here now."
