Jake and Sean hid the pregnancy from everyone, because Jake wasn't outed as trans, and they didn't necessarily feel safe to come public.

They found out Jake was pregnant with twins last appointment, and Sean made sure Jake was always safe, happy, and comfortable. Sean was almost always looking at Jake, always worried.

Soon Jake started showing, and would always take Sean's hoodies because they were really big on him.

One day, they were in the gym, Jake was about 5 months along. Sean would make sure Jake was exempt from physical activity, or if it wasn't allowed, Sean would carry Jake.

Jake sat out as the class played basketball, he was smiling as he watched Sean, he liked that Sean was finally focused on something other than him, don't get him wrong, he loved Sean's attention, but it was so.. hot.. to see Sean so focused.. sweaty.. muscly.. hot.. focused..

Jake snapped out of his thoughts as a ball banged hard into his stomach. Jake's eyes widened and he clutched his stomach. Sean rushed to Jake, panicking.

Jake breathed heavily, grabbing at Sean, whimpering quietly. "Shh.. it's okay baby.. w-we'll get you to the hospital.." Sean teared up.

Everyone was confused, Jake only got hit on the stomach, it couldn't be that bad? Whispers spread, creating rumors, but they didn't care, and Sean rushed Jake to the hospital.

Sean waited in the waiting room as Jake was checked out, he was sweating nervously.

The nurses were gentle and swift, making sure the twins were unharmed.

Soon, Jake was released, the babies were okay, but Jake had to take it easy for two weeks. Sean excused their two week absence, and he made Jake stay in bed the whole time.

They cuddled, watched movies, had breakfast in bed, etc.. Jake really loved their break.
