Halo Eleven: Yokubo:
She wasn't done with him yet. Everything about him was addictive. She had his scent and wouldn't let him go. Her toys would've crumbled and broken into ruin by now. What made him so special? Why was he so different from the others?
Yokubo began another round of her wicked games. While she was at it, she decided to do an inquest as to what made Ryugamine Mikado so irresistible.
This day alone fed her soul as she watched his sexcapades.
Marin had the first taste on Christmas Eve morning. Yokubo hasn't had a chance to taste him properly yet. Actually, that is a lie. She's tasted him many times. Just not in this timeline. The deity of lust already decided that she was going to change that. She visited him again last night.
Even so, Mikado won't give himself to her. He's still holding out on the belief that he can still be faithful. Faithful to the mother of his child.
Yokubo all but laughed at that thought.
Fidelity. That in itself was the biggest joke that the human race created. She knew that they couldn't help themselves. Yokubo had seduced many a married man. Mikado was going to be no different.
Marin went back to her place after she got her fill. Mikado watched in silence as she greedily licked up her prize. She licked it up like it was life-giving water. When she was done, Marin kissed Mikado on the cheek.
"I will see you tonight," she whispered. The tadpole boy didn't respond. He only looked up when she vanished into thin air. Mikado rubbed his forehead.
"What's become of me?" he asked. He was starting to turn into the person that he didn't want to be. Anri was still alive and he wasn't desperate. Despite his best attempts, his history was repeating itself.
Mikado looked up when he heard a knock on his bedroom door.
"Yeah?" he asked.
"I'm coming in," a familiar voice said. The door opened and Mika poked her head inside.
"Oh..." Mikado said. Mika had a stern look on her face.
"We need to talk," she said. The tadpole stared at her and said nothing. He knew what this was about. Mika slipped into the room. She stood in front of him with her arms folded across her chest.
"Why do you keep avoiding her?" she asked. Mikado stared at her for a pregnant pause. Mika waited for his answer. The tadpole dropped his head.
"I'm so sorry," he said.
"I'm not the one you should be apologizing to," she said. She's tired of hearing him apologize to her and Anri.
"How about not apologizing and trying to fix the problem!" Mika said.
"What do you think I have been trying to do?!" Mikado asked. "I tried to keep her away from me but something is conspiring against me." It sounded crazier out loud. If he said that to anyone else, they would think that he needed therapy.
"So are you just going to run away again?" she asked.
"Run away?" the tadpole asked. Mika had a frosty look in her eyes. Mikado dropped his shoulders.
"No..." he mumbled.
"So you're serious about trying to save her?" Mika asked.
"Yes," Mikado said with a low voice.
"Good," she said. The girl was ready to tell him what he needed to do. However, Yokubo isn't going to make it that east.
She had everything set up with their sanctuary. The spider lily valley was perfect. But it could be better. Yokubo stared at the bed with white sheets in the middle of the field. She couldn't wait to do the ritual with her prey.
