Hansol and Seungkwan were sprawled on the couch after their emotional heart-to-heart, basking in the comfortable silence that followed. Seungkwan's head rested on Hansol's shoulder, his legs tucked up on the couch, feeling more at ease than he had in weeks. Hansol's arm was casually slung around Seungkwan's shoulders, and every once in a while, he'd press a gentle kiss on Seungkwan's temple, earning a content sigh in return.

Just as they were settling into this cozy couple vibe, the door to Hansol's apartment burst open without warning. In walked Chan, completely oblivious to the scene he was interrupting. He was balancing two bags of takeout in one hand, a drink in the other, and had the kind of clueless grin plastered on his face that only Chan could pull off.

"Hey Hansol, I brought—" He stopped mid-sentence, his eyes widening as he took in the sight of Hansol and Seungkwan snuggled up together on the couch. His eyebrows shot up so high they nearly disappeared into his hairline. "—Oh."

Hansol and Seungkwan froze, like two kids caught red-handed sneaking cookies from the jar. Seungkwan's face instantly turned crimson, while Hansol tried to play it cool, though the awkwardness in the air was undeniable.

"Uh..." Chan stood there, still holding the takeout and drink, blinking rapidly. "So, I see... something's happening here?"

Seungkwan, his sass always returning in moments of crisis, sat up quickly, nearly headbutting Hansol in the process. "Oh, this? Yeah, this is... just a casual cuddle," he said, waving his hands around dramatically, as if he could magic away the awkwardness with sheer force. "Totally normal. Happens all the time."

Hansol, trying not to laugh at how flustered Seungkwan was, added, "Yeah, you know, just your average Tuesday evening... cuddling on the couch. Super normal."

Chan narrowed his eyes suspiciously. "Right. Because I've never seen you two even sit on the same bench at school without throwing snarky comments at each other. But sure, normal."

Seungkwan shot a look at Hansol that screamed help me, but Hansol was too busy enjoying how adorable Seungkwan looked trying to talk his way out of this situation.

"Well, people evolve, Chan," Seungkwan said with a huff, crossing his arms. "We're not cavemen. We can cuddle if we want. I mean, what are you, the cuddle police?"

Hansol snorted at that, and Chan raised an eyebrow. "Cuddle police? Really? Is that where we're going with this?"

Seungkwan, realizing his argument was not holding up under scrutiny, stammered, "What do you even want, Chan? Why are you here?" He was trying to change the subject so hard that he almost forgot about the food Chan was holding.

Chan blinked as if remembering why he'd come in the first place. "I brought food." He waved the takeout bags in the air. "But clearly, I'm interrupting something... very normal and not weird at all."

Seungkwan groaned, burying his face in his hands. "Oh my god, Chan, you're not interrupting. Just sit down and eat."

Hansol, ever the calm one, patted the seat next to him. "Yeah, sit down. It's not a big deal, really."

Chan, still eyeing them suspiciously, slowly made his way to the couch and plopped down on the other side of Hansol, placing the takeout bags on the coffee table. "Alright, but you're going to have to explain this at some point. Because the last time I checked, you two were still acting like mortal enemies."

Seungkwan peeked over his hands and shot back, "We weren't mortal enemies! That's so dramatic, Chan. We were... rivals. There's a difference."

Hansol chuckled. "Rivals, huh? Is that what we're calling it?"
