Part 40: LOVE DECLARATION.

••TWO DAYS LATER••

What happens when you watch the man that you are in love with showering another person with all of his attention and his love that you only want for yourself?
How can you stand seeing him holding hands with her, kissing her for everyone to see and sometimes disappearing to sleep over at her dormitory but all that you can do is to think about him and to be genuinely falling in love with him that nothing else matters.
But he just doesn't see that?

Lowell huffs resting his back against the tree and he tries to read his book, but since he keeps spacing out he's been stuck on the same page rereading all over again losing focus.
The other students left with Ms Dale for camping but he and a few others decided to stay behind because he doesn't feel like camping and be around anyone at the moment.

"Baby.."

Lowell looks up and Bella stands there folding her arms with a faint smile. He sighs resting back his head and Bella kneels in front of him sulking.

Bella: My love can we talk? I don't like it when we fight like this.
Lowell: You are the one that fought not me.
Bella sighs and then joins him anyway.
Bella: What is wrong? Are you okay Lowell?
Lowell: Yes I am okay... Why are you asking?
Bella: First of all you look down and secondly you are wearing a turtle neck on this hot day, Why?

Lowell pulls up the turtle neck covering the hickey marks made by that damn moron that is not paying attention to him anymore. He only pays attention to Blue Iris but just not with Lowell.
Even though that's what Lowell was hoping for at first but now it is becoming torture and screw Jordan for not caring when he knows very well that Lowell still needs time to think things out thoroughly without haste...but no he can't even be patient with him.
Arg fuck him, why should Lowell be depressed over him anyways?

Bella: What are you doing tonight?
Lowell: I won't be doing anything, why?
Bella: Let's do something together while we are still here. Have dinner together maybe?
Lowell: How about a picnic and watch the sunset together? I could really use some time off from my thoughts anyways.
Bella: Okay under this tree right?
Lowell: Yes I don't see why not.
Bella: Okay Baby let's do it.
She kisses him.
Bella: I will see you later then.
Lowell: Okay Baby..
With that she gets up and then walks away leaving Lowell with a sigh and with his thoughts hovering around his head.
What is becoming of him, what is this drastic change that he is making with his life?
Lowell: Oh God...
He huffs resting back against the tree.

Justin: Ey my dude, going somewhere?
Lowell: I have a date with Bella, I have been distant from my girlfriend for far too long and I really feel bad about that.
Jordan looks up at him.
Jordan (With a bored tone): Do you? Really?
Lowell turns to face him and then smirks.
Lowell: Yes really... I mean the man needs to get laid as well and with the person that he loves dearly of course, surely you can understand.
They chuckle at that but Jordan sits there annoyed.
Jordan: Didn't you break up with Bella?
Lowell: No Bella and I didn't break up, I just happened to shift my focus to where it is not needed and I could only live to regret doing that.
I mean why should I focus on someone that can barely look at me instead of a lady that is always vesting her time on me?
Jordan glares at him and Lowell just smirks.

Scott: Wait so you found someone new here?
Lowell: I thought I did but it was just only a once off thing. So no I am still with Bella.
Justin: Your one and only?
Lowell: My one and only since middle school.

They laugh at that and Jordan rolls his eyes trying to brush him off but he just can't, he can feel his blood slightly boiling and he doesn't like this feeling at all.
It's as if he is about to burst and punch someone in the face right now.

Lowell: Let me get going.
Jordan: Let me walk you out.
Lowell: No you d-
Jordan: I insist.
It goes silent and Lowell sighs walking out of the dorm and Jordan walks out with him.

Jordan: Lowell what are you doing?... You can't be with Bella you don't even love her.
Lowell: And when did I say that? Because as far as I know I am in love with Bella and I have been with her for the longest time now.

Jordan huffs and holds Lowell's arm to stop walking.
Jordan: Are you doing this to get back at me?
Lowell: Ow please no why would I do that? do you seriously think that I have time to hate you for loving your girlfriend?
Jordan: Then why are doing this all of a sudden?
Lowell: I am doing all of this because I want to be with my girlfriend again, because I love her and I'm sure that I don't have to explain that to you.
Jordan: So you really don't want to be with me, you really regret what we had don't you?
Lowell: If you had been patient with me and made me believe that we could work Jordan then I wouldn't have doubts about you.
I was already scared about loving you, about continuing with what we had and you did not make things any easier for me. Instead you continued with your girlfriend and I was left battling with whether I should give us a chance or not, I didn't want to friend zone you Jordan but I was really scared and didn't know what to think.
I am still so scared though but at least now I know what to think.
Jordan: So what are you thinking Lowell?
Lowell: I think that I made the best decision by not being hasty with you, I mean I can see that you are hell and bent over Anastasia and I won't be on your way.... I am actually over that little flimsy moment that we had.
So you should go your way and I will go mine best friend.

With that he yanks his arm from Jordan's hold and then clucks his tongue walking away.

Jordan: Lowell come back here... Lowell!
Lowell continues to walk away from him.
Jordan: If you dare to walk out on me like this then don't you dare think that there will be turning back, do you hear me?!!

Lowell raises his middle finger continuing to walk away and Jordan huffs clenching his teeth.

Jordan: Fuck!..

He fumes walking back and Lowell sighs calming himself down before joining Bella.
He can't afford hurting himself over Jordan anymore. Why should he be hurting for someone who doesn't even care about him anyway?
