Part 46: THOUGHTS OF YOU.

Lowell checks his wristwatch again and then he huffs shaking his head as he looks over Jordan's empty seat next to him.
Justin and Scott nudge him.

Justin: Hey isn't Redhead coming to school today?
Lowell: I have no idea...or maybe he is running late today I don't know.
Scott: That is so unlike him, but okay let's just wait a little longer maybe he is on his way.
Lowell nods remaining glued on his chair and the two walk away to their own desk.

Just then Leonard walks into Jordan's class and catches everyone's attention.
He asks for Jordan Hans and the girls in the front desk point back at where Lowell is seated and he frowns seeing the empty seat.
But he walks up to Lowell nonetheless.

Leonard: Hey I am looking for Jordan, is he usually running this late?
Lowell: And who are you to ask about Jordan?
Leonard: Oh I am Leo... Just an acquaintance of Jordan's. I was with him yesterday and he left his headphones at the park's bench so I came to return them to him.
Lowell raises his brow and folds his arms.
Lowell: You were with Jordan at the park yesterday?
Leonard: Yes I was, is there something wrong? Did something happen to him?
Lowell: Why are you so concerned about him huh, acquaintance?... And why in the fucking hell would Jordan be with you at a park?
Leonard: He seemed down and the sad when I was with him so of course I am bound to be concerned about him... He really needed someone to talk to and distract his thoughts, so fortunately enough I was there to be his distraction, if you get what I mean.

Lowell chuckles in disbelief and then shakes his head before he looks up at this moron standing across him.

Lowell: I appreciate you being there for him but don't worry yourself this much stranger, everything is fine with Jordan. He just needed some time alone to think things out, but you can give me his headphones though and I will take them straight home to him as his best friend.
Leonard: No it's fine I will keep them with me so long, at least just until I meet up with him again. So thanks but no thanks best friend.
He smirks at Lowell and Lowell just glares at him annoyed.
Leonard: Anyways don't mind me, I will be on my way out okay? It was nice chatting with you.
With that he turns to walk away and Lowell huffs still glaring at him as he walks out.
Lowell: Moron...

He takes out his phone to call Jordan but it rings unanswered and he huffs trying again but the same thing happens.
So he leaves a message instead.

*Lowell: Baby I am worried about you, please call me when you get this message so that we can talk. I miss you so much right now and I need to see you.*

Lowell huffs putting his phone back in his pocket and then sighs remaining seated on his lonely desk..
Lowell: Distraction he says... What a nerve.
