James Marshall
I finally got a job but not with the McNamara company but with the Kavanagh company as a runner until a position comes available for a cub reporter for sports. It's a good thing I am in excellent condition physically and look ten years younger than I am. Had to keep on the run from my debtors and it kept me in great shape. Hiding takes a lot of energy and skills. Panhandling was a great way of hiding if done correctly. I definitely had to hide from my family a lot if I wanted to stay healthy. Now they were considered abusive and were able to hide it. It was purely by accident I had a son, my vasectomy failed due to my not following up with the doctor. Sarah told me about being pregnant and I blew her off and she married someone and he gave his name to my son. Soon I am building my fictional life here in Seattle.

Kate
The new runner is a bit strange and I don't get good vibes from him, but I also am not working with him regularly. He is kind of old for a runner. Something is way off about this guy and I can't help thinking he has had plastic surgery and not very good work was done. It looks like a quick job because I spotted where they did the stitches one day. I decided to run a background check on him. Mia brought Jacob McNamara over for me to interview him about his company and the hospital and education programs. As soon as James saw Jacob he went in the other direction and I didn't think too much about it until Jacob asked who James was and when he started working for us? When I told him he had a look on his face and said nothing after that and we went to my office. He texted someone before we started the interview.

There is no doubt that James Marshal is James Miller and he can get his face changed but not his height, demeanor or his dialect. He tried before and it failed, I let mom know and she took it from there. Kate Kavanagh Grey did a great interview even though she was curious about my reaction to James Marshall she didn't ask and I didn't volunteer anything.

I noticed his reaction to James Marshall, but what I noticed most is that James Marshall saw us and went the other way very quickly. Jacob is right the guy was avoiding us and it was obvious. As soon as he saw Jacob he turned the other way. Kate even said something about it and if they knew each other. Jacob texted someone before he started the interview. Kate told us he had plastic surgery and it was not a good job because you could see the scars from the surgery. She told us that after the interview. Jacob asked when he started working at Kavanagh Media and when he heard that it was not long after that he and his mother moved to Seattle. He dropped me off rather than taking me to dinner with he and his mother. He told me an urgent matter came up and he needed to talk to his mom alone and quickly.

I was alerted to the fact that one James Miller might be working as James Marshall at Kavanagh Media and that I need to put people on him immediately and I did just that after looking into his background and checking on the whereabouts of James Miller as well. I discovered a few glitches in the history of both these men and I checked out videos on him and there is no doubt they are the same man. We are going to need to prove it though. DNA samples will be needed from both men. We have James Millers DNA and his son's DNA so we can check that way and we can test it against James Marshall's sample as well. It can't be too long before we get that sample. I doubled the teams on my bosses and had five teams on James Marshall and we got the samples in a day. Definitely James Miller has changed his looks and his fingerprints. We found his place and we placed bugs and trackers on his cars. He definitely is keeping a low profile on one car. The other car is an attention getter though. The house looks modest on the outside but expensive inside. The man has high tech security running. It could be hacked and piggybacked into our systems without him knowing. The guy has been busy but sloppy. We discovered who did the plastic surgery and how to recognize his work, he stitched his initials into the scars behind the ears. Of course you can see them easily. Of course we found out James Miller had an appointment with him and didn't follow up but a James Marshal did a follow up appointment with him and flew to Seattle. We now have to set this guy up to get arrested under the Marshall name. He won't be able to try to contact the McNamara's and we will be ready for him.

Mia
I am sitting waiting for a meeting with a lawyer when I am approached by Mr James Marshall appears and he says he is an attorney that I am supposed to meet. I alert my security via text to watch us closely. Mr Marshall apparently didn't notice me at Kavanagh Media because I was behind Jacob and Kate. Something is wrong and when he starts talking my phone is recording the whole meeting and streaming it to my security teams. It's something I do to protect myself even if it isn't admissible in court. Just as we were getting started talking Kate appears with Elliott and joins us. I was very relieved when that happened and Mr Marshall suddenly recalled he had to get back to his office. Boy did he move quickly.
