Just as we thought that James learned his lesson he did something very stupid. He pretended to be an attorney and set up a lunch meeting with Mia Grey, her sister in law and brother just happened to show up and James signed papers for the meeting and failed to read the fine print regarding her recording the meetings with him anywhere they were at. She got some startling information and passed it on to me. In her signed documents she could share the recorded meetings with anyone she wished. Kate just happened to get a lot of information from that meeting and James was arrested three hours later. He inadvertently violated the restraining order by being next to Jacob. He also knew that Jacob was working with Elliott and Mia who were husband and sister of his bosses daughter. Which in turn placed him in situations where he could find out about me and Jacob. The restraining order covered friends, family and associates of ours and their spouses and girlfriends and boyfriends. At first we had to show proof of him being the same person that we had a restraining orders. He had three DNA tests done and a total physical and they discovered the truth about his identity. He's behind bars now for two years. He still thinks he has a right to the billions that are mine and Jacobs because he is Jacobs father. He found an attorney who thinks he has a case. Little does he know that this guy is just wanting us to pay him to go away. I won't pay them a penny. I have better attorneys and they are ready to handle this again. If he had held on to the money he spent trying to get hold of Jacob and Jacob's money and his inheritance he might have a few million dollars in the bank now. He was paid to give up all rights to Jacob and it was legal and signed by a judge. Collin was my husband when Jacob was born but James pursued his rights to the point of being able to get DNA testing done and visitation rights for course he had no money to do anything with Jacob and he brought him home hungry and dirty. So we started taking photos and weighing my son. Soon CPS got involved and were crawling all over our lives. Our attorneys took a stand and we showed proof that James had no resources to have Jacob with him. Of course he got a girlfriend and she helped him get on his feet and basically cared for Jacob while James ran around and left him with Angela Lewis. We got her on our side in the custody hearing and with CPS. James tried to say it was sour grapes because he ended things with her, when in fact she ended things with him because he refused to acknowledge his son and the baby she was having with him. Finally we made a deal with James that if he signed his rights away we would compensate him and the baby Angela was having with him. He signed the documents and we had a surprise for him and had Angela and her son at the meeting and gave her a million of the two million we were handing over to him. He had forgotten to read the fine print that we put in to assure Angela's child would be raised with the money he had been given. Michael is now an attorney and he goes by Michael Alexander Murphy attorney at law. Angela was a legal aide and went on to get her law degree and is very powerful now. Finally James is behind bars and we know what he looks like.

After everything we went through with James he still came after us for money again. I know what happened when I was a young child because I survived it. James got his money and still came back for more and finally a restraining order was filed against him. He tried kidnapping me to get ransom money and claimed he was my father, which was the truth biologically but legally he had no rights to me so my mother had to show the authorities the paperwork he signed his rights to me away. She did exactly that and he made the huge mistake of saying he only got a million dollars of the two million my mother offered him. He went into great detail and he served time for that and we got a permanent restraining rider against him at that point. He tried bothering Collin as well and made a huge scene at his company it made headlines.

My request to be compensated was laughed at and my attorney told me to find a public defender and he was suing me for what he was owed. Connor Black was definitely quick and he took possession of all my property very quickly. I have nothing left and lost my job on top of it. So I have a public defender who has told me he will not get involved in harassing the McNamara family because he is only allowed to defend me in criminal cases. John Stewart PD is still working on early release but the judge won't budge on the time left. He tried to say they had the wrong person but they were wrong.

I can't deal with this fruitcake any longer so I asked to be reassigned to someone else. The judge read and approved my request and a young lady was assigned to his case and she turned out to be a shark and she told him how it was going to be and if he didn't follow her directions he wouldn't be getting another PD and she would see to it he was sent to a mental institution for a long while. Beverly Sanders might be young but she isn't stupid and her size fools everyone she can take down a man over three hundred pounds and six foot eight inches tall. I witnessed it. He tried to escape and she caught him.
