Thorin leads me to what seems to be the dining hall.

"Fellow dwarves, and...well..anyway, she's awaken. It seems we have to remind her tonight while dining who she is, where she comes from, and more." Thorin announced.

"Yes, it seems she had forgot about all that as she hit her head very hard." Dwalin announced as well backing up Thorins statement.

Clearly I had a lot to learn, because dinner got turned into an entire meeting.

"I believe we shall begin." Thorin said.

"Dear girl, it is true that you are a dwarf. Which means everything dwarves you pretty much have to follow." Balin started. "That includes all of our customs, traditions, and even royal duties. If you're of royal descent or marry into it that is."

"It's sometimes said to be a bit hard, getting up there in royalty as there's alot of customs you have to follow even before you get courted." Dwalin continued.

I just sat there taking everything in, I wasn't sure when I was allowed to speak.

"That being said, let's dive deeper into the customs specific for courting a female dwarf." Thorin boomed and called for Bofur to come up.

"Gifts, specifically hand crafted gifts are typically given to the dwarrowdam that a man wishes to court." Bofur starts. "If the female accepts, that typically is when the courting beads are brought out, and braided into her hair."

For the next hour (which felt like eternity), they all went on telling me what I missed.

Finally I was asked if I had any questions at all.

I thought it was weird before, the small talk with the men in my room before dinner, where they mentioned no engagement of Kili and I.

"Just a few, if I may?" I spoke.

The company nodded.

"I had a small interaction in my room before dinner, with Thorin and Nori." I started. "Thorin mentioned something of the real world does that mean this world is fake?"

"I don't recall saying that actually, perhaps I misunderstood you originally." Thorin suggested.

I shrugged it off. "Okay, well my next question is about Kili. But before I get to it, I swear I was not in any world like this! You can say I'm crazy all you want but I swear to you I am not! I know what I saw."

"Me? Well...what did you see?" Kili asked.

"Well in the world that Thorin seems to think I made up, Kili and I were engaged. He admitted to cheating on me. So I left with my best friend.."

"She claims it's the Bard fellow.." Thorin interrupted.

"Bard? The bowman from the lake town?" Gloín asked and Thorin confirmed.

"Anywho, yes. Bard and I went to a karaoke bar which is a place where people go to drink much like a tavern, but they also go on stage to sing, for fun." I confirmed that the man was Bard. "There Fili approached me thinking I was a random woman to hit on, but he joined Bard and I drinking. Little did I know that Kili was also there, as he had came with Fili to get his mind off our earlier fight."

"So we aren't engaged?" Kili asked. "Am I right?"

I nodded my head. "I was told earlier that since I didn't receive the courting braid, nothing was true. But there's still one thing I don't understand." I trailed off.

"What is it?" Balin asked.

"I know that I blacked out on that stage. I know that I was there when I passed out, but apparently I woke up here..I don't understand."

"My dear, it seems we all have a lot to learn. May it be possible that you and I discuss this later? I mean with the brothers of course." Balin responded with a calming tone.

I nodded. "Of course. May I be excused? I clearly had long day, and really could use a bath."

"You may. Fili, see the lady to her chambers please?" Thorin asked.

"Of course uncle." Fili responded politely taking my arm and leading me to where I came from.
