"Is she okay?" I recognized that voice.
"She's been like this for hours." I recognized that one too.
"If you fools listened the doctor said that she would wake any time now. It's up to her brain to wake her up." I also recognized this one.
I felt the urge to move, I was trying so hard to lift so much as a finger, but I couldn't.
"Kili, accompany me to go get some water and food for when she wakes." I heard one of the voices speak.
So Kili was here?
"Of course." Kili had responded.
I could sense everything going on around me but I couldn't see anything at all.
"I promised you I would be here when you wake, and I am not breaking that promise. You know I won't." I heard a voice.
Could that belong to Fili?
I tried to squeeze my fingers. Squeeze squeeze.
"Was that...did you?" I heard the voice speak.
I couldn't move my mouth, nor my eyes. I tried wiggling my fingers again.
"Oh my, you're doing it! But the guys..they just..should I get the doctor? I want you to squeeze my hand if no." I felt a hand placed in mine.
I tried hard to squeeze. "My, you did it. I still feel like I should get them."
"Mm, no. Don't get them." I mumbled. I just spoke.
