A/N: Wavebreaker's Costume updated, since we are now moving towards the provisional licence arc, and she is able to now handle using ice—and soon vapors too.

1. Cryo-Control Upgrades for Ice Manipulation

Cryo-Resistant Materials: Add temperature-resistant fabrics, particularly on her gloves and arms, to handle freezing water without damage. The areas around her forearms and gloves might have a slight crystalline pattern, symbolizing her ice control.

Ice Focus Tubing: The thin tubing running along her arms and legs could now handle both water and ice, reinforced to withstand colder temperatures. These tubes could have a frosted look, making it clear they're designed to manage ice flow when needed.

Enhanced Gloves: Her gloves would have added cryo-control technology, with the ability to shape and freeze water into solid forms. She might gain adjustable controls on the gloves to control the temperature, allowing her to fine-tune the ice's hardness and shape.

2. Vapor Manipulation Adjustments

Vapor Dispersal Units: Small mist generators could be added to her suit, especially around her wrists, shoulders, and boots. These units would allow her to create fog or mist on demand, offering both offense and defense in combat.

Upgraded Tubing for Vapor: The existing water tubing can be enhanced to handle vapor as well, allowing her to convert stored water into mist as it passes through specialized filters within the tubes.

Goggles or Visor Adjustments: Since vapor could obscure her own vision, her visor might gain fog-resistant tech or have infrared modes for clearer vision in misty environments.

3. Suit Symbolism and Aesthetic

Crystalline Accents: The wave patterns on her suit could now incorporate ice-like, crystalline shapes, symbolizing her mastery over both liquid and frozen water. These accents would add an edgy, shimmering effect, especially along her shoulders and lower arms.

Misty Silver Highlights: In areas representing her vapor abilities (like her wrists and around her neck), subtle silver fog-like gradients can be added. This aesthetic touch would show her ability to transition between forms of water easily.

4. Combat Tools for Versatility

Ice Blades or Water Staffs: As part of her gear, she could have extendable tools like ice blades that she can generate on demand or a water staff that solidifies when needed. These would be stored compactly on her suit's back or thighs and deployable through her water control.

5. Color and Light Changes

Cooler Palette Shifts: Shift some accents to a frosty blue or translucent white, particularly on her gloves, arms, and back tubing. This gives the suit a cooler tone that reflects her ice manipulation.

Adjustable LED Highlights: Some parts of her suit could have LED accents that glow a faint blue for ice and silver for mist when she activates these abilities, adding an extra visual cue for her power transitions.
