Warning: Mpreg

"Rach, we need to take their buy in. Aan and the littles should have a say in the decision", Ishan said.

"Ish, they don't need to. Aan maybe yes- he is a big boy, he might have a problem with this. The littles have no say in the matter. We didn't take their permission before giving birth to them, so why would we ask their permission to bring a sibling to them?", asked Rachin.

"I knew it. With all the subtle glances and whispering going on, I should have guessed it long back. What with the excess PDA and kissing on camera- I shouldn't have left you two alone. Now look what we have", Aan shouted.

"Keep your voice down, Aan. We don't want the littles to wake up", Ishan warned his first born. He had expected some objections, but this full blown tantrum from his literally adult child was shocking to him. "Why wouldn't you use protection, Baba? Why did you let this happen?", Aan asked.

"That's enough from you Aan Pandey. You have no right to talk to your father like that. Both of us are okay with having a fifth child - that's why we are planning to go ahead with this pregnancy. If you aren't going to be supportive to your Baba, you need to stay out of the way. Also, if I catch you eavesdropping again on our conversation, you are going to be grounded", Rachin scolded his son.

"I am an adult, Dad. You cannot ground me", Aan retorted."Act like one first. Get out of here now", replied Aan, before shutting the door on his oldest one's face.

"Rach, I cannot break up our family for an unborn child. This is the reason I wanted to discuss it with them", Ishan said to his husband. "I didn't expect Aan to behave like a little bitch about it- thought he was a little more mature. Anyway, let's go to the doc tomorrow. We will decide on the future course later. You rest, babe", Rachin said, before getting Ishan settled in bed.

Meanwhile in Aan's room

Aan: Hey, Can you call?
Angad: Anything urgent? I just came back from practice.
Aan: Yeah. Will talk for 5 mins- need to vent.

"Hey, how are you Aan?", Angad asked.
"Not good. My baba is expecting another child", Aan replied
"Okay. And how are we feeling about it? Happy? Sad? Angry? Insecure? Disgusted?", Angad asked, cautiously.

"Disgusted? Insecure? Why would I feel any of it, Angad? I am born from him- why would I be disgusted that he is pregnant?", Aan asked, surprised by his friend's question.

"Then why have you got your knickers in a twist? It is obvious that you are not happy with the news. If you were angry, I would see a much animated Aan on the call. So, what are you feeling, Aan?", Angad asked.

"I am soooo worried for him, Angad. He is not young anymore. He is in his late 40s. What if something goes wrong Angad? I can't lose my baba. Why would dad allow him to go ahead with this pregnancy?", Aan asked, acknowledging the reason for his reaction for the first time.

"Aan, do you think your parents would proceed with it if they knew it would be harmful for Ish Chachu?", asked Angad. "My baba is too much of a self sacrificer, Aan. He opted to birth me, when he had the easy way out- of aborting me. He went ahead with the twins, despite knowing that his career would end with three kids to take care of. Rehaan was planned, but he had complications then too. I am scared Baba will go ahead with the pregnancy despite risks", Aan shared his concerns with his best mate.

"Aan, have you shared your concerns with your parents? What was their reaction?", Angad asked. "I didn't. I just had an argument and dad threatened to ground me", Aan replied. "What stupidity did you spew?", his friend asked. "I had eavesdropped on their conversation and got angry at Baba for not using protection, when I understood that he was expecting", Aan explained, his heads down in shame.
