"Are you sure she didn't just go shopping?" I asked. It wasn't like Bexley to not obey orders.
"Yes. I'm fucking sure Cedrick. She disappeared while I was on a business trip. No one even knows how she got out. Are you sure you haven't seen or heard from her?" Declan grilled into the phone.
"Yes I am sure. I haven't heard from her or seen her since your wedding. What do you mean no one knows how she got out??" I asked, now even more curious. If she was going to run away she would need a reason.
"Listen Cedrick we had a deal. My partnership in return your daughter as my wife. You have 1 year to find her or I will withdrawal my partnership and that is me being more than compromising. Do you understand?" He asked in a deep tone.
"Yes. I'll find her." I said before he hung up on me. I hired men to try to find her and still no one can.

Veyron and Fraser were to be here for a meeting in half hour, I planned to ask about Bexley. I heard a knock on my office door.
"Come in." I yelled. Zya opened the door to let Fraser and Veyron in. I stood and shook their hand as they took a seat.
"How are you Cedrick?" Fraser asked.
"I'm good. Business going well for you two?" I asked. They nodded. "Okay straight to it. Chicago looks steady, Washington looks steady, but New York needs assistance with finances and a mole. Someone is smuggling and ratting, that needs to end now. Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina are all okay and they are helping each other. The New Orleans office needs a new underboss, I was thinking of sending Derek so he is out of our hair but after the Declan business I don;'t want to put him in such a high spot. We have an office opening in Houston and I also want to open one in Dallas and San Antonio since it's close to the border. Then the San Frasnico, Salt Lake City, Portland and Seattle office would like a meeting so that's scheduled in 2 months. I want to open an office in Vancouver but Declan is threatening to pull out of our partnership in a few months without Bexley. We either need to find her or find a back up partnership. So Veyron find Bexley. Fraser find a backup in case."
"Sir, shouldn't we just focus on another partnership instead? Just leave Bexley to live her life. Maybe if we stopped looking she would come back." Veyron said. I slammed my hand on the table.
"You work for me. You do as I say. When I say to do it. I say jump, you fucking jump. Do you fucking understand me?" I yelled loudly. He nodded and hung his head low.
"Now find my fucking daughter or you won't make it to your fucking wedding boy." I said my voice booming off the walls. "Now please focus on all of the tasks. Send Kauis to New York to figure out the rat and figure out who's taking my money."
They both nodded before leaving.

Now

My office phone started to ring and I seen Declans name appear. I knew he would be pissed when he heard I had no news on Bexley. We had no leads, no one could find her. She literally fell off the face of the earth.
"Hello, Declan." I said as I answered the call.
"I truly hope you have some news for me today, Cedrick. I am tired of having to live my life without my wife." He said coldly. I let out a sigh.
"I'm sorry Declan. I have no news. No leads. Nothing. Nobody can find her." I said quietly.
"How does a girl just disappear. She left without being seen. No one has seen her since. She had no money. No phone. She only took some clothes, shoes, beauty products and some books. How is she living? How does she get far? She can't get a fake id without money. She can't get a job without an id. She can't get a place to live without a job. I don't understand how she just vanishes with nothing not even a friend." He yelled and it clicked in my head.
"What did you say?" I asked.
"She had nothing Cedrick. How? Where?" He mumbled.
"She had no phone, no ID, no money, no place to live, no FRIENDS. Veyron was here a few months ago and tried to get me to give up on finding her. He is who I have had looking which is stupid because that's her best friend but I figured if anyone knew where she would go it would be him. He is loaded. His fiance was also Bexs friend and she was meant to go to Paris for a summer trip but a colleague swore they seen her at a mall few weeks ago and I thought they were crazy. What if Veyron helped Bexley run and then Ember has been with Bexley while Veyron runs interference?" I asked.
"Then she would have been able to get what she needed. How do we find her? How do we fix this problem?" Declan asked calmly.
"I know exactly what to do. I have one member who's set to be the next me. He is ruthless, unattached from everybody even his own family, he will do anything I ask and he just so happens to be Veyron's brother." I said smiling into the phone.
"Get it done." Declan said before hanging up. I dialed Kauis' phone and he answered quickly.
"Sir. What can I do?" He asked.
"Find Bexley. I believe Veyron and Ember are helping her stay hidden. Find her, do not hurt her. Once you find her, take her somewhere safe and call me but only me. I will give you further instructions then" I said.
"On it. I will find Bexley, sir." He said into the phone. I hung up smiling that I had put it together but when she is found what do I do? Send her back? What did he do to her to make her run?
