"Meredith, is everything ok?" Arizona's voice came through the phone,

"I did it Arizona he's gone" Meredith says through tears,

"Oh my love I'm so proud, stay where you are I'm going over with strawberry ice cream and wine" Arizona responded
It didn't take Arizona long to get there, greeted at the door by Meredith who pulled her in to a tight squeeze,

"I'm proud my love." Arizona cooed as the pair sat down on the couch, "that took strength, how did he react?"

Meredith explained everything to Arizona, who sat silently letting Meredith talk,

"He's wrong." Arizona responded when Meredith finished, and Meredith just looked at her confused

"He said no one would want you, he also called you several things which aren't true; which are kind of making my want to punch him but I'm choosing to focus on you right now," Arizona explained moving closer to Meredith, "he said no one would want you at a bar, but he's wrong you don't even have to go to a bar to find someone,"
Meredith smiled,
"I want you too, Zona." She answered as Arizona leaned in to kiss her,
The pair sat in each other's embrace enjoying each other before Meredith spoke,
"Do you want to move in?" Meredith asked quietly and Arizona sat back up looking at her,
Meredith froze suddenly realising what she's actually asked
"Sorry Arizona that was too fast, I'm sorry I wasn't thinking I just.." Meredith starts to ramble worrying she'd messed things up with Arizona before they had even started,
"Meredith, honey it's ok, I would love to I know it's early but I was actually looking for a room mate anyway I don't like living alone, and ever since Callie and I broke up I've found it hard to live in that house as well to many bad memories, plus I know your going to hate this but I don't like the idea of you living on your own, you said yesterday that you hated spending the night alone, you'll hate living alone all the time even more, and I couldn't live with myself if something happened I'm not saying it will I'm just saying." Arizona replied this time starting to ramble herself.
"It's ok Zona, I know what you mean, and I don't like being alone, will you stay here tonight?" Meredith asked,
"Of course I will Mer, I'd do anything for you, we can start packing my stuff in the morning." Arizona responded, laughing as Meredith yawned, "Should we go to bed?"
"I like that idea," Meredith replied snuggling into Arizona on the couch,
"Meredith I meant in an actual bed, preferable in some pjs if I can borrow some?" Arizona laughed
"But it's so comfy here" Meredith whined
"You won't be thinking that when you wake up in the morning with a dislocated shoulder and aches and pains everywhere because you slept weirdly on the couch. Come on don't make me carry you." Arizona laughed sitting up,
"Fine," Meredith groaned, "why have you always got to be so sensible about things."
"That's one of the reasons you like me." Arizona laughed, leading Meredith up the stairs.

A week later,

The pair are moving the last of Arizona's stuff into Meredith's house, or mainly Arizona is because everytime Meredith goes to move a box Arizona tells her off, making her carry something lighter

"I do not need you to dislocate your shoulder or wrist or anything again, here take this one it's got blankets in it." Arizona laughed passing Meredith a big duffle bag,
"That only happened like once," Meredith laughed back
"Try like five times, the amount of joints you had to relocate the first day we started moving my stuff was ridiculous, only light things from now on, before I have to start taping you together all the time." Arizona replied
"Fine, but why do you have this many blankets?" Meredith asked looking in the bag she had just put down on the bed.
"They are just my everyday ones, and it's not that many I've got in each colour then one for each holiday you know like a Christmas one and a Halloween one and a autumn one," Arizona explained, putting down the box she was carrying, and making Meredith laugh,
"What can I say I'm a lover of soft cuddly things," Arizona laughs pulling Meredith into hug, Meredith laughs before realising what Arizona just said
"Hey I'm not soft and cuddle and dark and twisted." Meredith laughed,
"maybe to everyone else but to me your soft and cuddly." Arizona laughed leaning in to kiss Meredith,

"Meredith?" Arizona asked after a moment,
"Yeah," Meredith replied
"I know it's quite soon after you broke up with Derek but do you want to make us offical?" Arizona asked looking nervously at her hands,
"Arizona Robbins are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" Meredith asked smiling
"Only if you say yes," Arizona replied
"Then yes, Arizona I would love to be your girlfriend and to get to call you mine." Meredith replied pulling Arizona into a tight hug,
"Ok my love I still need to breathe." Arizona laughed, as Meredith released her.
"Sorry," Meredith laughed,

The pair started to unpack Arizona stuff laughing as they did,

"Ok Mer, let's get some dinner." Arizona called as she unpacked the last box of her clothes,
"Sounds good," Meredith replied yawning, "what would you like I'll go get it started"
"Baby no it's fine let's just order something." Arizona replied, smiling at her girlfriend, "your tired and I don't need me girlfriend fainting into our dinner because she pushed herself too far to make dinner."
Meredith laughed but then looked down
"What's up Mer?" Arizona asked sitting down next to her girlfriend
"I...I just I'm so grateful that I have you now, I just hate that I can't do stuff, we haven't even done that much today we just unpacked some boxes and I'm so tired, I'm pathetic." Meredith said nearly crying,

"Oh baby you're not pathetic," Arizona responded cursing Derek for putting those ideas in her head. "I'm tired to it's not just you, I know something it can be hard too seperate what's a normally level of tired and what's being exasperated by your conditions but honey, most people would be tired after unpacking and moving all day, and you've been dealing with a lot emotionally lately honey, that's takes its toll too." Arizona cooed hugging Meredith, "so now what are you feeling for dinner?"

"I'm not fussed." Meredith replied, feeling a bit better, "I'm quite tired so what ever will get here first so I can sleep."

"Ok my love, how about some pizza it should get here quite quickly." Arizona cooed,
