Chopper soon eventually met up with Franky and was running around the building when suddenly Chopper felt Danger around them and activated his Armament Haki

"Looks we found our fight" Chopper said "a fatso"

Spectral: Rahahahaha

Luffy: Chopper, you rock!!

Zoro: Nice one Chopper!

"Who are you calling fatso!" a strange childish looking fat man said

"Then what are you supposed to be?" Franky asked

"A CP9 agent, this will be your end" the fatso said

"Not if we take you down first" Chopper said as he transforming into his Heavy point

"You will pirates will perish" a strange man said

"I'm ready for a fight always" Chopper said as he was getting for to punch

(FEW MINUTES LATER)

"These guys are annoying" Franky said "How are you holding up?"

"Yeah, I can agree with you" Chopper said "but we need to get out of here soon as possible"

"You damn punks!!!" the strange man said that acts like a samurai, but Chopper grabs him and throws him away making him crash into the wall

Zoro: What did he think it was going to do?

Luffy: I have no Idea. These Agents are weird as hell

Kaya: Weird but strong

"I'll take care of this guy" Chopper said "take care of the fatso"

"You little bastard!" the fatso said, but Franky punches him but blocked it by making his skin covered in Iron armor. But Franky wasn't going to give up, he then punches the fatso harder and start shooting bullets at him as he was screaming in pain, he then stole the key for Robin's sea stone cuffs.

Luffy: Nice one!

Nami: Defeated him with No Haki, Interesting

Robin: Chopper is having hard time

Luffy: Franky is there, he will be ok

"Typical enemies" Franky said and then kicks the fatso over to the side "Well, looks like my part is finished, now I have to go help other Straw Hats to rescue Robin"

"Can you give me a hand!!" Chopper said as he was dodging some attacks of his opponent

"Get down!" Franky said, Chopper nodded "Franky, Strong Right!!" he launched his right fist and hits the government dog, but it wasn't enough to defeat him
