Yesterday was my six weeks appointment, and for some reason, I was starting to feel like myself again, so I asked Shane if we could go somewhere today, and he agreed. We were going to Montego Bay today to spend two days at the RIU hotel, and of course, there is gonna be body guards with us.
Shane took up the last bag to put in the car while I carried the baby to strap into the carseat.
"Have everything now?" He questions standing behind me.
"Yes," I answered, securing the baby into the carseat.
"Okay," He answers.
I climbed into the car to sit in the back seat with the baby. Shane then locked the door and went into the driver's seat. The entire drive was so refreshing. It made me smile the whole way. I was so happy that Shane agreed to my request because I was tired of being locked up in the house every day. He told me the only reason he agreed was because there weren't any suspicious activities going on for the past couple of weeks.
Aside from that, Shane and I have been fooling around, stealing kisses here and there and being touchy with each other. But, we were yet to have a conversation about it. I've been avoiding the conversation because I'm not sure if I'm ready to move on from Ryan even though we've known each other for a short time. And, I can't deny the fact that so much has happened between Ryan and I in that short amount of time. I also think that Shane is weighing his options, being that a baby just dropped in the picture, and there was so much uncertainty for the future.
What if Ryan decides to come back from where he is?
I pushed that thought to the back of my mind because Ryan just can't disappear and expect me to wait on him, right?
An even bigger smile made its way on my face as we pulled up to the hotel. I'm about to enjoy myself to the fullest for the next few days because I deserve it.
"Come take a picture of me," I asked Shane before he could take the bags out of the car.
"You look so sexy." He smirked at me.
I blushed at him and then moved to take Ryanna out of her carseat. He took the bags out of the car and gave them to the body guards, then headed towards the front desk for check-in.

"Today and tomorrow are my days to have some fun, so you're gonna be doing most of the babysitting." I smiled up at Shane, who was carrying Ryanna as we walked down to the pool.
I skipped, swinging my hands back and forth as a smile made its way on my face to prove how happy I was at the moment. Seeing the pool, I ran towards it. Setting the bags down by a pool chair, I kicked my slippers off and jumped into the pool. The water welcomed my body as I submerged. I resurfaced just in time to see Shane sitting down on the pool chair with Ryanna.
"Yuh couldn't wait, ee?" Shane asked, smiling.
"Nope," I grinned at him.
We spent some more time at the pool and then went for lunch, which i took full advantage of.

After lunch, we walked around sight viewing the hotel and taking pictures for the rest of the day.
