The next week flew by. Classes started and we got back into the groove of life at school. Jungwon and I returned to being normal. We watched movies in the living room, we played video games, and made dinner together, just like normal.

"Are you sure you don't mind making it a double date?" I asked Jay on the phone again. When I told Jungwon about my date with Jay he asked if we could double. Apparently he was going on a date with a girl for the first time and was nervous, so he wanted to double.

"It's fine." Jay assured me before we hung up so I could get ready.

There was a knock at my door a little bit later, after I put on the red dress and curled my hair. I had most of my makeup on as I hurried over to open it. Jungwon stood there in a gray shirt and a pair of dark washed jeans. His eyes widened as they scanned my outfit.

"Aren't you a bit overdressed for going to the movies with Jay?" He asked. "That dress is kind of short for winter, too."

"It has long sleeves." I tugged at the sleeves. "Plus his car and the theater will be heated. I'll be fine. Did you need something?"

"I am going to pick up Jinri, I was letting you know. I will see you at the theater?"

"Yeah, I'll see you there." I nodded and I went to shut the door, but Jungwon stopped me, placing a hand on the door.

"You are wearing a jacket, right?"

"Jungwon!"

"I can see the tops of your shoulders! It is too revealing for a first date." He argued.

"You aren't my father."

"Should I take a picture of you and send it to him and see what he has to say?" Jungwon threatened and I huffed. Was he actually arguing about this right now?

"Fine. I will change."

"Into something that doesn't show your legs or... this part." He gestures to my cleavage.

"You know we have been swimming at Jay's house, right? He has seen a lot more of me than this."

"Nari," Jungwon said in a tense tone.

"Okay! Let go of my door, unless you want to watch me change."

"Don't be mad. I am just looking out for you." He said and I know that. He has always been a bit protective over me, like a brother. But telling me to change when I am an adult is pissing me off.

"Don't you have a condom to replace or something?" I scolded him before I realized it, slamming the door in his face.

I stand there for a moment, as does he. I only move when I hear him move away from my door and slam the front door as he leaves.

I stay true to my word and change, going with a sweater, jeans, and boots. Maybe the dress was a bit much for a first date, though I will never admit that to Jungwon.

Jay knocks on the door and I check myself out in the mirror one last time before going to open the door.

Jay stands there in a black button down and smiles, handing me a single rose. Wow, I hadn't been expecting that. I smile and take the rose, placing it inside.

"You look amazing." He said as he offered me his arm and walked me to his car, where he opened the door and helped buckle my seatbelt.

"Thank you." I said once he was in the car.

On the way to the theater he played some music, but not loud enough that we were unable to talk over it. Maybe this wasn't such a bad idea after all.

Jungwon and Jinri were waiting outside the theater when we got there. Jungwon smirked at me as he noticed my outfit and I glared at him.
