24. One More Friend

In the dorms.

"Why does training have to be so hard?" Mina complains as she stretches her arms upwards.

"It's not called intensive training for nothing" Hagakure says as she sips on her banana milk.

"That's true but it's strange to think that there's only one more week left until the exam" Momo says as she ties her hair back.

"How's your ultimate move going, Momo?" Hagakure asks as she passes Momo a hair tie.

"There's something that I really want to do but my body just isn't ready yet" Momo says as she wraps the hair tie in her hair.

"Maybe you should lift weights" Gojo recommends as she looks at Momo, "that way, you might be able to create bigger things".

"That sounds like a good idea" Momo says.

"How have you been doing with your moves, Tsu?" Hagakure asks as she looks at Tsu.

"I've been improving my quirk to the point where I'm more froglike than ever. I think even you'll be surprised Toru" Tsu says as Hagakure giggles.

"And your training, Ochako?" Hagakure asks as she looks at Ochako.

Ochako sits there quietly drinking her strawberry milk. Gojo nudges Ochako in the side softly as Ochako jumps slightly.

"You seem a little tense" Tsu says as she looks at Ochako.

"I'm not, everything is going awesome for me" Ochako says happily, "at least, that's how I should be. But recently, my heart's been all stirred up about something".

"It's love!" Mina calls as Ochako starts to freak out.

"Love, dove, shove, glove, what's that? I've never heard of it" Ochako says as she waves her hands in front of her face.

"So who is it? lida or Midoriya. You're always hanging out with those two boys" Mina says as she looks at Ochako.

"No, no, no, it's not like that at all" Ochako says as she touches her face, accidently activating her quirk.

"She's floating" Mina says happily as Gojo giggles.

I suddenly received a phone call from Nanami, and I couldn't help but smile at Teacup before answering. I could tell she had a crush on Midoriya.

"Hello, Nanami!" I said, stepping out of the dorm.

"Come to Jaku City's Psychiatric Ward tomorrow," he replied in a serious tone.

"What happened?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.

"I'll explain when you get here. If I tell you now, you might rush over," Nanami warned.

"Come on, I promise I won’t!" I pleaded, but a brief silence followed before he hung up.

"NANAMI!" I yelled in frustration.

"DON’T YELL, YOU STUPID SUNGLASSES!" Bakugo shouted from nearby.

"Look who's talking," I retorted, pouting.

"WHAT?" he barked back before storming off.

Teacup appeared behind me, concern etched on her face. "Is everything okay?" she asked softly.

"Ah, yeah," I replied, rubbing my head, trying to shake off the tension.

"Let’s head in," I said, and she nodded in agreement, following me inside.
