Across the world, in a cozy yet bustling neighborhood of London, Shehnaaz Gill stood by the window of her modest apartment,

watching her 3 year old son,Aryan , play with his toys scattered across the floor.

The sounds of laughter and innocent chatter filled the air, wrapping around her like a comforting blanket.

This was her new life, one she had fought hard to build after leaving everything behind in India, including her Sidharth.

Despite the distance, memories of their life together haunted her, often creeping into her thoughts at the most unexpected moments.

She often found herself staring at old photographs, recalling the good times they had shared, and the sense of safety she had felt in Sidharth's presence.

But those memories were now overshadowed by the hurt of betrayal, the emotional chasm that had driven her to seek happiness elsewhere.

Shehnaaz had moved to London in search of freedom-freedom from the suffocating expectations of her marriage and the weight of family obligations.

Living in a new city, she had embraced the independence that came with being a single mother.

Aryan was her world; his laughter brought her joy that she had longed for in her marriage. Yet, there were moments when she felt a pang of loneliness, the quiet evenings stretching out before her like an empty canvas, begging to be filled with colors of love and companionship.

As she played with Aryan, helping him build a tower with his blocks, she felt a rush of pride. He was the spitting image of Sidharth, with his dark eyes and charming smile. Sometimes, when Aryan laughed, it was as if Sidharth was right there with them, filling the room with warmth.

Those fleeting moments of connection were bittersweet, reminding her of the life she had walked away from, a life she had believed would lead her to happiness.

However, life in London was not without its challenges. Shehnaaz struggled to establish herself as a performer, auditioning for roles and navigating the competitive entertainment industry.

Each rejection was a blow to her confidence, a reminder that leaving India had not been the simple escape she had imagined. She poured herself into her work, trying to build a career while ensuring Aryan had everything he needed, but the constant juggling act left her exhausted.

Despite her challenges, Shehnaaz was determined to succeed. She started taking acting classes, honing her skills, and meeting new people who encouraged her to chase her dreams. Slowly, she began to find a sense of belonging in this new environment, yet the specter of her past still lingered.

It was during one of those late-night rehearsals that Shehnaaz's phone buzzed on the table, pulling her from her concentration.

She picked it up, her heart racing as she saw Sidharth's name flash across the screen. Hesitation gripped her; after everything that had happened, could she bear to hear from him? But curiosity got the better of her, and she opened the message.

"My mother is sick. I need your help."

The words sent a jolt through her. Rita Shukla had always treated her like a daughter,
and the thought of Sidharth's mother being unwell filled her with a mix of concern and dread.

Memories of Rita maa warm embrace flooded back, reminding her of the kindness she had experienced during her time with the Shukla family.

For a moment, Shehnaaz felt torn. She had spent years distancing herself from Sidharth, building a life without him, and now she was being drawn back into a world she had tried to leave behind.

Yet, the thought of Rita maa suffering was too much for her to bear. She couldn't deny the bond she had shared with Sidharth's family, nor could she ignore the love she felt for them, despite the chaos that had ensued.

After a sleepless night filled with swirling emotions, Shehnaaz made her decision. She would return to India, not for Sidharth, but for Rita maa Perhaps this was an opportunity to mend the fractures in her heart and find closure.

With a heavy heart, she booked her flight and began packing, trying to suppress the whirlwind of emotions that threatened to overwhelm her.

As she boarded the plane, Shehnaaz's mind raced with questions about what her return would mean?
Would she see Sidharth?
Would they be able to face each other after everything that had happened?

The thought of confronting him stirred a mixture of fear and excitement. She had spent so long trying to forget the pain he had caused, yet here she was, willingly stepping back into the past.

The flight to India felt interminable, with each passing hour amplifying her anxiety. She imagined all the possibilities: Sidharth's reaction, the awkwardness of their first encounter, the memories that would flood back.
Would he be angry?
Would he even want to see her?

When the plane finally touched down at Mumbai International Airport, a wave of nostalgia washed over her.

The familiar sights and sounds of the city enveloped her like an old friend.
The hustle and bustle felt overwhelming yet strangely comforting. As she navigated through the crowded terminal, Shehnaaz steeled herself for the confrontation that lay ahead.

Arriving at the Shukla household, Shehnaaz felt a whirlwind of emotions. The home was just as she remembered-filled with laughter and warmth, yet shadows of the past lurked around every corner.

Rita maa welcomed her with open arms, tears of joy streaming down her face as she pulled Shehnaaz into a tight embrace.

"I've missed you, my child,"

she whispered, her voice filled with affection. In that moment, Shehnaaz felt the familiar warmth of love that she had yearned for.

Yet, as she stepped into the living room, her eyes fell on Sidharth.

He stood there, tall and imposing, his expression a mix of surprise and guardedness.

The air between them crackled with unspoken words, the weight of their history hanging heavy in the room. It was a moment frozen in time, a reminder of everything they had lost and the possibility of what could still be.

Shehnaaz took a deep breath, knowing that this was only the beginning of a journey that would force them both to confront their past and redefine their future..
