Ch 2: In Serch of a Leader

By Dawn Unit 4 made it on time to Rabona. They enter the church's large frame doors. The people and the priest all welcome them. They are still getting use to people likeing them, since they usualy give them the cold treatment and hide from them. But not anymore these are new times for the Claymores.
"Welcome back Undine and Flora" said a prest aproching them.
"Hello father Vincent" greeted Flora.
"Hello" said Undine out of some respect.
"I am so glad you arrived safely, I was begining to worry that something bad happen along the way since you are little late" said father Vincent
"We kill a yoma along the way, thats why we are late" said Undine
"Oh thank goodness! at least it will not kill anymore people"
"Yes" said Undine crossing her arms
"Father Vincent where is everyone meeting?" Asked Flora
"I the baptizing room, follow me I will lead you there"

The Claymores follow father Vincent to a large area in the church. There the Claymores wait for Unit 4.
"Its about time" said Helen aproching them "we where about to send a serch party to look for you"
"We got delayed by a yoma attacking a family" said Flora
"Really?" Said Helen "Oh well at least that bastard is dead"
"Yeah lets hope its the last one" said Undine "if we miss some we will have to hunt them down"
"I am with you on that" said Helen
"you made it" said Deneve. she then greeted Undine and Flora.
"Did we make it on time?" Asked Flora
"Barely, our leader is about to speak" said Deneva

"Everyone may I have your attention please" said a familiar voice.
Everyone look at the Warrior who asked for thier attation. Miria stays quiet for a moment until the room became Silent.

"Unit leaders please step foward" she commanded.
The captains from five units step foward. Starting from the left side, unit 3 captains, Deneve and Helen. In unit 4, Flora and Undine. In unit 5, Ophelia and Veronica. In unit 1 Jean. In unit 2 Galatea.
"At this moment our Clan leader wants to speak to us all" said Miria to the everyone "I ask for all of you to pay attention"
Just then Irene entered the room from a side door where the priest go in and out. But Irean is not thier leader. She is a teacher and an adviser. Behind her entered thier leader, a warrior superior to all of them, more superior to Miria; Clare.

Its almost upserved that Clare is the Clan leader and not Miria or Galatea. They are both very powerful warriors, so how is it that Clare became Clan leader. Well you are going to have to go back a month to find out.

(A Month Ago)

The Claymores practice outside the holy city of Rabona. All 94 of them. Every morning they practice in order to sharpen thier skills plus to keep themselves occupied. After the war with The Organization and a couple of powerful Abyssel awaken being. The Claymores united together with 24 warriors from the 78 generation, 45 warriors from the 79 generation, and 29 children, all girls who where trainees while in the organization. Plus the one human that grew up with awaken beings. Raki refuse to leave Clare's side after serching for her for 7 years. That adds up to 99 members of the clan.
After a month as a clan it became obvious that the clan are in need of a leader. So the Claymores decided to do a test as a test for leadership, wisdom, skill, and sword skill. And that is what is happening at this moment.

"We nominate Miria!" Said a Warrior speaking for her group.  Everyone is presented including the girls haveing a nomination outside the city of Rabona.

Earlier they where practiceing sword fight. The Idea of having a leader came up during a random conversation between the young Claymores. Then the conversation grew bigger until everyone is talking about.
Irean the eldest of the all warriors had to take action and make that wish to come true. Everyone don't view her as a leader, more like an adviser. Right now she is running the show to see who is going to be thier leader.
When the warriors voted for Miria, she step foward where Irean is in front of the group.
All the warriors except the girls are to nominate a warrior.
"Any other nominations?" said Irene.
