CH 10: The Town of Veritas

(Jean POV)

Rain fall from the sky on a afternoon day. Jean walks behind Clare and along with 73 warriors. Four days ago they left Rebona and set out to the town of Veritas. Its been raining for most of the day and everyone are wearing thier usual armor with an addition of black clothes, and black capes with hoods to protect them from the rain and to hide thier faces. Don't want to attract unwanted attention. The large group travel in a vertical line, with Unit 1 and Unit 3 in front, Unit 4 in the middle with the cargo wagon and Unit 5 in the back.
All is well, except for the horses who pulled the wagons. The horses could not keep up with the pace the warriors are walking. So the they are forced to lower their pace in order for the horses to keep up. Trough the entire way one warrior complains about the trip.

"Dame this trip" said Undine frowning.

Jean looks back at Undine. Undine has been driveing the two troublesome horses since they left Robona. Apparently they don't listen to anyone until the other day, the two animals bite Undine's hair and pull on it. It piss Undine so much she hit the two animals with her fist, setting them straight with a tough scolding. And now the two animals became attached to her, and will not listen to any driver except Undine.
Jean finds it kind of amusing that two large domestic animals who hated humans now come to like a half human and yoma warrior, who is short temper at times, and hot headed.

"Ugh! When will we get there? I been sitting on my ass for four days straight" said Undine shifting in the wooden seat.

Flora who was walking next to the wagon, giggles.
"What is so funny Flora?!" Demanded Undine.
"Nothing much its just that you got the luxury to sit the entire way, while we walk" comment Flora.
"Sitting on a hard wooden chair and driveing two useless animals is no luxury Flora!?" Said Undine. " I prefer to walk than this!"
"Then walk, leave these two you so call useless animals"
"I would, but I can't, we won't have any extra armor to change into"
"Well then you my friend are trap" said Flora "trap like these two horses with a stubborn personality, they kind of reminded me of you"

Undine becomes upset, not likeing what she hears "B***h do you want to die Flora?!" She yells at her.
"Hmmmmm, well I don't really feel like it today"
Flora gave a smile, this made Undine more upset.
"Why you......"

Jean still looks back at Undine and Flora while they both argue with each other.

"They both are at it again" said Jean to Clare.
"Its Flora's way of helping out Undine when she is stress out" said Clare.

Jean looks back at Undine and Flora again. They both still argue at each other, then Undine looked like she is starting to calm down.
"Seems like Undine is calming down Clar......"

Jean bumpes into Clare, hitting her head against the back of Clare's head. When Clare and Jean stopped walking, Yuma, Tabitha, and some of thier comrads stopped as well. Some where not paying attention they end up bumping into Yuma, Tabitha and the others like a domino affect.

"Watch out!" Yelled Undine pulling on the reigns. The horses did not stop enough to step over someone. When the warriors in front of the horses notice they jump out of the way to avoid the collision.
"What are you trying to do?! Run over us?!" Said Helen out of anger.
"Did you hear me just say 'watch out' a second ago" said Undine.

Jean quickly recover from her collusion with Clare,
She then quickly apologize.
"I am sorry for bumping into you" said Jean.
Clare did not responded, she just stood there. Jean feels like something is wrong.
"Clare?"
Clare turned around and started to walk the opposite way. When she reach the wagon, Undine try to talk to her.
"Hey Clare if you are going to stop at least holler out......Hey are you listening?!!"
Clare Ignore her and continue walking.
"Don't ignore me!" Said Undine getting angry once again.
