Big Bang's Bodyguard (Completed)

Prologue

"Run Xin!"

I cover his head as another blast shake our surroundings. Dirt and dust covered us as gunshots keep on going.

"No! I won't leave you!" I shouted as I raise my arm from our barricade and let my bullets rain on the incoming enemies. Two went down as the rest dove for cover. Where was the back up?!

"You have to. I can't take another step." He panted as we both glance at his heavily bleeding leg. We both know what must happen but stubborn as mule am I, I keep on insisting on what I should do.

"No, Dan! I promise Saki I'm bringing you home!" I gritted my teeth as another set of bullets rained on our wall. No, I won't leave him!

"Xin...give this to my wife and tell her I love her so much." He said as he pulled out a crumpled letter from his vest.

"No...please..." I bit my lip from crying as reality sink in to me hard.

"Live on, Xin..." He gave me his toothy grin before slipping in his grim look as my commanding officer.

"Now get the hell out of here alive, soldier. That's my final command." I tasted blood in my mouth as I bit my lip harder. I lock away my emotions and nod back at him.

"I'll see you later, sir."

"Not too soon,soldier." He nod and push himself higher as he aim his rifle to the hiding enemies, giving me a chance to run.

"Go! Go! Go!" He screamed as he start firing. I half crawl and run away, hearing Dan curse and gunshots. I wasnt that far when I look back and see....

"No!!" My arm reach out in the dark as I bolted up from the bed. Gasping for breath, I quickly opened the lights and saw myself in my bed covered in sweat. Nightmare... I push my hair off as I try to gather my thoughts. Sorting out the dream from facts. My phone rang, jolting me to reality. When my heartbeat calmed down, I took a deep breath and glance at my clock. 3:19am. Too early for a phone call but still grab it.

"Yeah?" I answered without glancing at the caller.

"Xin Mae?" A voice asked, making my back straighten instinctly.

"Speaking. Who is this?" I asked.

"This is Lee. Mr. YG's assistant. You were referred to us by his old friend, Tanaka Kei." I flipped on the side of my bed as I listen to him.

"I'm calling to ask if you would accept on behalf of Mr. YG a job offer for his client."

" What's the benefits?"

"We offer free accomodation, list of..." He keep on talking but I just remain silent. I stare blankly at the wall as my mind ran. I keep myself busy as much as possible but when I got free time, my head goes back to the past. Causing me to want to forget more. I do jobs time to time but if Tanaka refer me to this kind of job, he knows I can do better than anyone else.

"I'll do it." I cut him off, surprising him.

"Really? That's great. Would like me to fix your flight details?"

"Appreciate it. Ill finish everything here before meeting you in few days. Whos the client anyway?" I asked as I make myself towards the window,staring at the busy city.

"BigBang..." Sound familiar to me but ignore it for a while. I could get details later on. As I end the call I stare at the blinking lights for a while before moving to my closet. I grab my suitcase and throw it in my bed before sighning.

"Korea here I come..." I mumble to myself as I start packing. Not sure what lays ahead of me.
