"Do you have your keys?"
"Yes..."
"Is the bag in the car?"
"Yes..."
"You know who to call in case of emergency?"
"Yes..."
"Did you-"
"Oh for the love of God... I'm okay, Kwon Ji Yong." I almost growl at the phone at his nagging. He sigh on the other line, knowing he had ticked me off
"I'm sorry, baby. You know I can't help it since I'm not right there beside you." And just like that my irritation vanish with his cooing. Damn him and...my hormones. I sigh inwardly, pinching the bridge of my nose and breath.
"Honey, we both know you can't skip this opportunity. They have been patiently waiting for you and Taeyang to be a part of their show for some time now. And holding on for you for almost four months is quiet a long time." I said, nodding on the few employees greeting me as I walk by.
"Fine. I'm just one call away. I don't care if I'm hours away, I'll drive right away." Now where did I hear that line? I think its a song... Hmm...
"Yah, do I have to ready a bail in case you're caught for speed driving?" I rolled my eyes even if he wasn't seeing it.
"...And if you can't reach me, call the guys who are just close by. I don't care if they're doing something, they have to be there for you."
"Ji Yong, calm down. You're over reacting too much. I'm not even due until next week." I said and chuckle at my anxious husband, rubbing my swollen tummy where our little one grows everyday. Its been up and down nine months. The morning sickness that made me want to live by the toilet bowl for weeks, odd cravings that Ji Yong would try to find around three in the morning or the sudden 'need' to have him always; well, he wasn't complaining about that one; and my moodiness was worst. And Ji Yong was a sport on tolerating every sh-- stuff that came from me. Oops, no cursing around the baby. Anyway, he never complain or argue with me even if my mood swings was getting on his nerves. Always calming me with his soothing words and caress that end up me attacking him. And as the day faded to night, I find myself smiling as I run my fingers on his hair and listen to him leaning on my tummy, talking softly to our little one. Sigh, if we could only live in our own bubble. Our lives wasn't secluded as we want. It started the time our relationship is finally find out by the mass.
'G-dragon of BigBang is a married man and father to be?!'
The headline was in big bold letter, front and center of the newspaper. I remain frozen on my seat as I eye the paper. There staring back at me was a stolen shots of the two of us just days ago in the sidewalk and kissing. Even if he was wearing a beanie and huge shades, someone still notice who he was. With his wedding band on his left hand, he was pictured touching the obvious bump above my clothes that time. Everybody knows... My phone was ringing but I ignore it as my head seem to filled with dread and worry. I--
"Xin!" I glance up to see him bursting in our apartment.
"Yeobo..." And the next thing I know I was in his arms, hands shaking as I cling to him tightly.
"Are you alright? Is the baby okay?"
"I'm okay...We're fine. The papers..." I see him glare at the paper on the coffee table before his gaze soften when he look at me.
"I don't give a crap about what the people think, especially about you and me. You know that. It's about damn time for them to f@ck themselves." He said, making me wince at his harsh tone. I always knew he didn't give a damn about the media for painting him bad image. He was used to the trash and bad mouthing that he let it slide.
