^ Very beautiful song

"What on earth happened? Where's the storm?" I ask myself, but to no avail. It was more....quiet. More eerie. I'm not sure, maybe it was just me. Maybe mother nature changed the weather for today. But I was curious. It changed so quickly! How...how is this possible? This is so confusing...maybe I should investigate. I quickly hopped out of bed and slid on my slippers, then made my way to the window.
A plain, yellow field scattered the floor outside. All the houses were gone....every single one of them. What on earth had happened? Had a tornado hit and sucked up all the buildings in its wake? "Impossible!!!" I exclaimed out loud, but yet again to no avail.
I looked up at the sky. Plain blue. No clouds or anything! Only a huge ball of yellow light pierced through my eyes which made me look away due to the sensitivity. Where is everyone?! What happened?! Everything is gone!!!!
I began to panic. There were no people roaming this infinite field, even in broad daylight! Not a single animal, not a single bug in sight. Only the sound of the grass swaying in the soft wind entered my ears.
I was too curious. I made my way downstairs, and opened the front door. Nothing. Nothing was there except for the mounds of grass, nothing more...except....for a lonely looking house on top of a hill....a singular house....laying there....it's colours were different to a normal house. Instead of your normal white, brown, or green house, this one was just....yellow. Pure yellow. Like the house you would see when getting your eyesight checked at the opticians as a kid. That kind of house. The house that would give you a sense of nostalgia, but discomfort at the same time. But, I didn't care. Maybe there was someone or something in this house that would provide any information on where I am. Just....maybe.
