Fun before goodbye

Year 128
Westeros
Sunspear , Dorne
The following morning, Serena and Sylara stood outside Elyas's door, knocking impatiently. Both were already dressed and prepared for the small gathering organized by Prince Darian. The informal farewell gathering was meant to bid the Targaryen princes goodbye before their departure the next day.
Serena, however, couldn't help but suspect that the event had something to do with Princess Rhaenyra's complaints in the garden the day before.
Elyas finally opened the door, his shirt half-buttoned and his hair still slightly tousled.
"Finally!" Sylara groaned, crossing her arms. "You're always late. Do you know how embarrassing it'll be if we walk in after everyone's already there? The gathering starts in two minutes, Elyas!"
Elyas rolled his eyes while fumbling with the last buttons on his shirt.
"Relax, Sissi. Darian's not going to banish us to the Red Mountains for being two minutes late."
Sylara shot him a glare, but Serena couldn't help but giggle at her siblings' antics.
"Come on!" She said, trying to mediate. "We don't want to keep Princes waiting, do we? It's not every day we're personally invited to one of his gatherings."
"That's true." Elyas said, finally smoothing down his shirt. "It's just a small group anyway. No need for all the drama."
Sylara sighed in exasperation, marching ahead.
"Drama or not, I'm not letting you ruin my day because you're slow."
Serena lingered for a moment, observing her brother and sister. She loved their dynamic, constant bickering but always a deep bond underneath it all. With a small smile, she joined them as they walked through the corridors toward the garden alcove, where the farewell gathering awaited.
When the Dayne siblings finally arrived, all eyes turned toward them. The gathering was small and intimate, but they were unmistakably the last to arrive. Prince Darian, gave them a warm smile as they entered, he was seated beside his brother, Prince Rafe, and his friend Tomas Draziel, who was the boy Darian was playing chess with the day she met the prince. Across the table were Jacaerys, Lucerys, and Aegon Targaryen, all watching their approach.
Lucien, sat on the other side of the table. Elyas's gaze flickered toward Lucien's sister, who was seated nearby. Serena couldn't help but notice the subtle way Elyas straightened his posture as they entered, she rolls her eyes after remembering her brother's crush on the girl...
The rest of the group included a few ladies whom Serena didn't recognize personally, though she had seen them wandering the Sunspear gardens with Sylara before.
Conspicuously absent was Serena's dear friend, Annya. Elyara had delivered her message earlier, Annya was feeling ill, having overindulged on three slices of apple pie the night before.
