Days pass like years while I heal up in the infirmary. To no ones surprise, nobody came to visit. But finally, I can leave now. I need to wear a bandage over my clothes to somewhat compress the stitching over my stomach as well as protect it. Why over my clothes you may ask? It's so I can actually wear them. Unfortunately, as everyone only owns the same wardrobe, I don't have any loose or baggy clothing to allow me to wear a bandage underneath. At least I don't look like a total idiot though.

I still feel a bit numb from painkillers and also that fact I've been laid down for days. I gently stand up from the infirmary bed and slowly attempt to leave the room. Allowing my mind to adjust to standing again as well as my legs for walking. I cling onto the walls and drag myself out of the room, gradually regaining my footing. I know that not that long ago Monokuma announced it was morning.

I don't know if the morning meetings have been continuing since Ishimaru's death but I'll go to the cafeteria anyways and try to find someone. Even if there is nobody there then I might as well go see if the bar is still intact. Though why wouldn't it be? I manage to regain enough strength to slowly walk upright on my own without any support.

I haven't been able to look at the cameras in my recovery. I don't know if I should. If something new happened that was important Monokuma would've told me. Besides, I really don't want to have to watch Celestia's execution but I am curious whether or not I should see what Byakuya was so anxious about.

I reach the cafeteria and push open the door to see the remaining students quietly talking amongst themselves. All the loud ones are gone anyways and I'm sure that since the game is going on for so long people aren't that excited about some idle chatter anymore.

Nobody pays any notice to my arrival. No one except for Byakuya who looks extremely irritated. Probably from the purple-haired psycho clinging onto his arm and drooling all over him. He yanks his arm out of her grasp and stands up from his table to approach me.

"Bartender, I see you're alright."

How funny, he chose not to visit me since the first time he did and now he's immediately running to me as if he missed me. I'd have gathered had the company when I had no one but an empty room than an entire school to my disposal.

"Yes I'm fine now. You wouldn't have come to me unless you had something important you wanted to say or need so spill it."

"My such a sharp tongue, has the painkillers worn off already? That was quick."

"And you're not usually one to tease. What do you want because I can tell it's something."

"No, I currently don't 'need' you. I was curious on how my little bodyguard is doing. It's been a very tense and stressful few days without you."

"Oh don't make me laugh. You say that as if you actually had it more difficult over me."

"Anyways, I wanted to see you sooner but I wasn't allowed. Monokuma refused to let anyone enter."

"He did?"

"You sound as if that was a surprise to you Bartender."

"Keep your voice down."

I spot in my periferal vision a very angry, annoyed and jealous Fukawa still sat at the same table she was previously cuddling Byakuya with. Although that girl is meek she sure is terrifying.

"Oh {y/n}, I see you're on edge. Nothing I said was even remotely suspicious. So don't tell me to keep my voice down because for one, you have no authority over me and two, you are making yourself seem very suspicious."

"Just shut up. If you have something like that to tell me then tell me away from everyone else."

"Will my dorm suffice?"
"Your dorm? I thought you'd be stingy and refuse entry to almost anyone."

"Yes I am but I might as well, unless you'd prefer your dorm however, it might accidentally reveal some things about yourself you didn't want me to know."

"Fine, your dorm then. Lead the way."
